A Premier Inn style accommodation. Comfy bed, plenty of space in the room. Clean. Well mannered and helpful staff. Easy access and secure with guest only areas. We'd definitely rebook here if we are in the area again.

Very dated hotel and in much need of a clean and refit. The reception area smelt of mould. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the room didn’t appear to have been vacuumed in a while and the bathroom was disgusting.

It was exceptionally difficult to find as you could get to it by car, and with a large suitcase this was a pain to say the least. The window was full of mould but the rest of the room and bathroom were clean. The door didn’t lock which isn’t great.

Smooth check in and out process. Breakfast was decent. Earns all the points for its location!!!!

Nobody cleaned our room in 3 days No plug for bath. Breakfast is great cooked on the hr Lovely young gentleman on reception last night and this morning. the ladies are not so useful or pleasant

Check in staff were lovely. The room excellent and very warm and clean. I will book again without hesitation. 3 minutes walk to the railway station and shops etc.

We had a pleasant stay in the hotel, and my children enjoyed the breakfast

Absolute joke from check in. Didn’t get the room we booked. The rooms, well! Super dirty! No spoon, no milk, a tiny amount of loo roll. Not sure when the carpet had been hoovered last. Wouldn’t book again. The picture attached was from walking around in the room! And can only be described as *****. RANK
