I booked a one night for stay before my flight the following day and enjoyed a comfortable night . The room was quiet, very clean and had everything I needed . Will definitely stay again for my next trip .

Stayed overnight for an early flight, pretty basic and outdated, but perfect location. A 5 minute walk to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Could just do with a face lift

Ideal location for early morning flights however the hotel does give off old people home vibes & smell the room in question was tiny with a single bed tucked next to the radiator I could stand in the room and touch the width of the room

Good location as only short walk across car park to terminal, comfy bed, what more do you need

We have stayed at this hotel twice and both times we were greeted by friendly staff both times we had no problems with the rooms food also in restaurant was nice no complaints either all in all our stay was made friendly.

It’s a hotel, that serves a purpose. Very nice bar with reasonable prices, the night porter was very friendly and welcoming. The bathroom is a bit dated but everything worked well. I would definitely stay there again

Customer service was good. Drinks ok. The room curtains were hanging off the rail. Lots of cobwebs above the curtains. A very dull coloured room needs a full refurb. The bed is very uncomfortable. Bathroom very dated.

Terrible. Small basic twin room. Really tatty and worn. The window wouldn't open and it was so warm there were condensation running down the window as it was very warm and humid! I have asthma and struggled to breath. We left at 3am!!

I had an early morning flight and wanted the least worry option for making the flight. I chose the Britannia primarily because of its location but was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. The staff were very helpful and courteous, the prices of food and drink were very reasonable which was another eye opener as I’ve encountered the kind of airport hotel overpricing that normally entails travelling. All in all it was probably the best value for money hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been all over the world. Neil

Loved the convenience being so close to the airport and every staff member was very helpful and friendly especially the man who let us leave our luggage until we checked in later. The hotel is older but it has a lovely atmosphere and everything you need for a stay. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Was no hot water for us to shower

Rooms very basic but value for money. Staff are lovely on reception very helpful. Stayed last night in a family room on way back from Turkey woke up this morning and there was one tea bag! Pillows hard found soft ones this morning when it was too late.

Brilliant right on the doorstep of the airport will definitely book again
