Amazing stay, amazing staff, amazing bedroom, amazing breakfast. Will definitely choose this as our preferred Newcastle stay over.

I like it's location which is just in front of Newcastle station. By the way, Hampton Hillton Hotel also has nice facilities and good breakfast !

Clean and well situated hotel. Was noisy throughout the night as we had a room on the front facing the train station but as we had been out for a few drinks this wasn't a major issue. Staff very good and reasonable value for money.

The variety of food can be more varied. The room is quite large, but it would be nice if there were Windows that could be opened.

Location was good. Easy check in. No windows got suffocated at night. Too noisy in the corridors at night woke up couple of times felt like some knocking on the door but no one was there. Morning lift was of malodour.

The location for Hampton by Hilton Newcastle is extremely convenient, just adjacent to the Nexus Central Station. The room are clean and supplied with adequate daily consumables such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, iron, iron board, electric water boiler, coffee, tea, etc. We had requested them to provide one more quilt to us and was attended to timely. Will consider to come again if required. Thanks.

Great location, good for a weekend visit, unfortunately no hot water in the morning.

Lovely stay at this hotel. Friendly staff and very helpful. Room was very comfortable, nice shower/bathroom and we enjoyed the street view of the town. Super location especially for the train station and town centre. My sons enjoyed the gym and their breakfast!

The location is convenient for railway and metro, and the room is warm and comfortable.

Hotel was good, nice and clean but breakfast was quite poor. We went down at 9.30, no clean tables, no juice, no glasses, no cutlery and very disappointed. Probably won't bother with Hampton again.

Arrived at the hotel yesterday at 10.30 and our room was ready straight away . Lady at check in was very friendly, professional and took time to welcome us and chat to us . Hotel is spotless and had a good night’s sleep and lovely breakfast, would definitely recommend

Great hotel, very central, lovely room and they even allowed us an early check in. Definitely stay here again.
