I went with my small family this is my first time staycation at Kl with my small baby! And yes she love the place so much! The house is everything! Heart of the place i really love it!

Cleanliness could be better, service is not exactly unfriendly but also not really customer orientated. Location is good, close to KLCC

Amazing view from balcony, residence suitable for families, we got two bedroom on 36 th floor.

I think the building was mend by different management, my check in is at level 33-08. U can obtain a smoke pass if u want to smoke in the room @ RM50/day upon check in. They have basic utensils, oven, microwave, washing machine & dryer (2in1), u can purchase pod from them as well. Everything will be communicate via wechat/whatsapp so quite convenient on that. They provide toothbrush, shampoo, and body wash. Of coz towels. The place is quite spacious and comfy to stay, will def come back. 2 minus points are - at night will keep hearing water dripping sound, kinda scary.. another is the heavy traffic as it is the busiest area.

Love the apartment. Its got everything that we needed and near to city center. Deposit RM300. The pool not infinity, they open until 7.00 pm. Overall we quite satisfied with residency 🤗. One more thing, the lobby its not their reception, you had to go at level 33 to Dormeo Reception then you will get your room key.

My room has a very nice view. You can walk around outside the building and find restaurants. A little bit far from malls but overall it’s a good place to relax. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Nice view of the residence. Strong air-conditioning. Staff quick response to request. Very big comfortable residence. Wifi can not be connected. If possible, better to have a mirror at entrance (only one mirror available in washroom). Only average of quality of Shampoo & towers. Ants were found at floor mat in washroom.

Great location and amazing view from the pool. The room was great for two couples - lots of space! Would recommend.

My second stay at Royce. It won't be my last. This place is only 10 min walk to Petronas Towers. Deep soaking bathtub, large rooms, and infinity pool is just wonderful.

Located in the middle of city centre. Convenient to go to main attraction places in the heart of kuala lumpur. Basic amenities are all provided. Room is clean. Only one parking is provided if gt extra car need to pay an extra fee of rm30 per day. Theres an infinity pool at lvl 51 offering great view of klcc tower.

The location is good. The room is big and clean. The facilities of room are completed, like kitchen, washing machine etc. The rooftop swimming pool is a bonus. The staff is average. Don't expect too much. Check in and check out are fine.

My flight was delayed causing me to check in 1 day later than the booking, but when it came to check out, they refused to fix this problem for me by requesting a later check out than usual, which meant that I lost 1 day of my late flight. No matter how much I asked the staff, they wouldn't let me and I had to pay an additional fee for late check out of RM50 per hour, which I really regretted. I traveled with my family instead of helping and understanding the reason. The staff work for the hotel owner without any concern for serving the customers willingly and sympathetically.
