The room is clean and the staff is quick. I stayed there for the 2nd time and will come back for the 3rd time.

I would say its my 1st time to book for my family for their vacation here in kl. Actually they have shared good experience on the 1st day yet on the 2nd day its quite disturbing to my cousin( girl) as when shes sleeping in the room and suddenly door was opened and a housekeeping staff came in. And the bad thing there is her cellphone, tablet wallet is just outside the living room what if its stolen will the company pay the cost of the things lost?? and Main concern there is WHY NEVER ASK PERMISSION TO GO IN FIRST, OR DOORBELLL FIRST??!! OR just put outside the cabinet at the main door right then inform the guest right? And also for the management of the property we booked ATTENTION your housekeeping staff is DAMN SMELLY TOO MUCH DIGUSTING, HE WENT OUT FROM THE ROOM BUT HIS FCKNG SMELL STAYED INSIDE THE ROOM!!! ALSO IN THE HALL WAY YOU CAN SMELL THEM LIKE NEVER GET BATH!!! IS THIS THE TYPE OF STAFF YOU'LL HIRE?? TRAIN THEM PROPERLY AS YOU ARE DEALING WITH YOUR GUESTS. AND GO TO YOUR OFFICE AT 33FLOOR AT THE ELEVATOR YOU CAN SMELL THE DISGUSTING BODY SMELL. TAKE AN ACTION OF THIS!!! GIVEN TOWELS ARE LIKE RUGS BROWNISH COLOUR, SHOWER WATER STUCK CANT FLOW.

Pleasant stay.. Comfortable and accommodated Definitely will be book again soon during our next kl vac.

The room as its a new unit Swimming pool is the best with KLCC view with jacuzzi All the units comes with bathtub TV can access YouTube & Netflix with your own account Strong WiFi connection in the room 24hrs Mart just cross the road Nearby eateries Parking facility Safety features with access card Microwave, refrigerator, washing machine & oven also available Staffs are very friendly & helpful. specially mr ashraf

The location was amazing, so close to the city and close proximity to attractions, parking was included so you can easily get there with a hire car. The room was clean and comfortable and the view from the apartment was stunning! Level 45 you can see everything. The infinity pool facilities on the top floor was gorgeous and well looked after. The room had fridge/freezer, washer, cooking facilities and a bath and amazing shower. Ashraf is superb

Unfortunately, our stay in the apartment was overshadowed by the following: 1. The apartment is actually smaller than stated in the photo. When I informed the staff about this and said that we should have a table, not a bar counter, they told me that this was the room that we had booked. 2. The internet was not working in the room. When we stopped by and informed the employee about this, he said that he had contacted the provider and the Internet would work within two hours, and if not, we would be relocated in the morning. The Internet did not work, other reception staff refused to relocate us and gave us the Internet password of the next room. In this regard, the Internet worked only in our kitchen, the network did not catch in the rooms. 3. Due to the fact that the Internet did not work, the TV did not work at all for all 5 days of our stay. 4. Very little information about the room. As it turned out, there are certain switches for sockets and hot water that we did not know about (there is no such thing in our country). Because of this, certain problems have arisen. 5. One day, electricity was cut off throughout the house for 6 hours - we were shocked. As they said at the reception - this information was in the lobby of the hotel, but I do not understand why it could not be reported at check-in. There were a few more nuances: a watering can does not hold in the shower, there are no shelves for shampoo and it literally has to be put on the floor, a cold pool despite the heat - but these are small things
