What a Unique and amazing place to Stay, Eat and Drink. The decor throughout was a delightful surprise every time you turned a corner. The room was a great size and cleanliness was top notch. The Restaurant was amazing with great food at great prices. Lastly the staff were friendly, courteous and so helpful we loved this place!

What I loved about the Lucky Hotel was plentiful. The staff were great. The location was central to everything. The best cookie shop in the World is next door. Happy hour every night from 5-7pm. House wines and beers $6. Each room had a lovely touch of different quotes. The interior of the hotel is very well done with some quirky touches and their chili margaritas were delicious. Will very happily stay there again when I am in Newcastle.

I proactively called the hotel to inform our late arrival and they told me they will send me an email with the self check in instruction but havent received any. I didnt have a problem contacting the person in charge during the night though but there is just the worry of not having someone from the hotel to speak to bec service desk is only at a limited time. To set expectation also, room is not that spacious though but location is easy to find with free parking outside until 9am.

Great easy location with a tram station out the front. Parking is not great, however parking station short stroll away. The food though at the hotel was not very nice and overpriced.

Good room, there is water, there is milk in the refrigerator. The atmosphere inside the hotel is good, good bar, good food, the bathroom floor is very slippery, even more slippery when hit with soap. Elderly people should be careful.
