Spacious room with a good view ! Close to sea and restaurant

The furniture has a lot of damages Intercom was not responded There was no water bottle

go with family on Australian day for 2 nights. Car park needs to pay but outside the hotel enough street parking. as it was holiday, free of charge. very close to the beach. we walked along the coast for a very nice sunset the 2nd night. recommends to everyone

Read the fine print! We booked the highest level room balcony and ocean view. However on checkin we had balcony and Partial ocean view looking at a carpark. The only rooms that offer both are on level 4 and 5. Management were apologetic but unable to provide the room booked as they were at capacity. But they did offer complimentary breakfast and parking which was appreciated. The room we paid top dollar for was very disappointing but the service management provided means we will give them another go but request a room on 4 or 5.

Great location. Walk to oceans bath in 3 mins. Massive space in family room for 3 adults & 2 kids.

Pros: breakfast was good, basement parking was secure and convenient, staff was helpful and friendly. Cons: room and toilet were not that clean, pillows were smelly (we had to request to change the whole set), water was stuck in the washing basin, TV had no sound. However, the receptionist was helping to fix all the issues immediately.

The location is very good, 5 minutes walk to the beach. The breakfast room is very small. The room is arranged on the 2nd floor. The room space is OK, but it is a bit old and dim. The overall standard is that of a domestic express hotel, and there is no service. Parking is charged, we parked on the roadside, and it is free after 5 o'clock.

The nearby environment is quiet, and the walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets is acceptable. The hotel rooms are very clean, except that the fitness room is in the basement, which feels a bit cramped.

The location of the hotel is good, just a few steps from the light rail. The facilities are average, the room is not cleaned very well, it looks like a budget hotel, and the breakfast variety is quite limited

The hotel is very average, listed as four-star, but it is far from the international four-star level. The room is very spacious and not too small, but the facilities are average, and the floors are all below the fifth floor, so any room type you book will not have a sea view. The hygiene of the room was very poor. It felt like the tea cups had not been washed, and the tea stains that could have been easily cleaned were clearly visible. There is a layer of dust on the tabletop in the room, and fine yellow hair can be seen on the walls of the bathroom.

This hotel is adjacent to Newcastle Beach and offers 4-star accommodations. The room for 4 people is very spacious. It is very highly recommended.

The bathroom is slightly worse and the ventilation conditions are worse.
