Bad hotel with lots of broken appliances in the room. The people couldn’t provide a good service.

We stayed at the Palm Garden Hotel three nights and enjoyed our time there. The check-in was easy, and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't get into the pool but enjoyed sitting in the sun and later sitting by a fire in the outdoor lounge area. I loved the access to hot water so I could enjoy my mushroom coffee and my husband grabbed a cup of coffee to go from the lobby each morning. The only thing I can think of that was between average and good was the breakfast each morning. There was plenty of food available, but fresh fruit and a variety of options beside bagels and sourdough bread would have been nice. All in all, it probably deserves at least 4.5 stars.

It is not suitable for business travelers. It is more of a resort hotel and the sound insulation is not very good. The hotel has been renovated, so the rooms are quite new. There is a shopping area opposite which is very convenient.

This hotel is relatively good, but the room price difference between weekends and weekdays is too big. It is recommended to plan in advance and book in advance, so that the price is relatively cheaper.
