It was really good and the stuff was great and helpful. I would like to stay here next time

I kept calling the reception to ask for a dental kit and the lady kept saying someone would bring it up and no one ever came, eventually she rudely told me there was no one available

It was really close to everything I wanted, the staff were really great during check in time. I enjoyed my stay

Location :across the street from the new jersey performing arts center.. Walking distance like 5 mins to lots of food like pizza... burger king... chicken.. African.. Starbucks.. Dunkin donuts.. Shopping rainbows.. Like 6 other clothing places.. 3 hair stores... About 3 nail waxing n lashes places.. New Jersey Museum 15 min walk... 7 eleven.. Military park 1.min walk.. Prudential center 15 min walk.. Newark Penn Station 15 min walk also Amtrak is inside there.. Great location 15 car ride to new jersey garden mall Shuttle free:on the hour at the airport take the airtrain to P4 then go down stairs there's phones for robert treat n Tryp call and they will. Let you know when it's comin.. Rooms: the first queen room they gave me smelled like smoke I had to wait an hour for a new room... Customer service :very helpful Restaurant : very nice food prices reasonably good 15 for burger n fries which us normal

I thought I had booked an ordinary single room, but I didn't expect to stay in the governor's suite, which is next to the presidential suite. It has all the facilities and free airport shuttle. The front desk is very friendly and one of them speaks Chinese very well. The Medallion restaurant on the first floor has an elegant environment and the lobster steak chicken soup is worth a try.

The location is OK, but the room is old

The price-performance ratio is super high, New York can’t afford to live, there is a shuttle bus to the station every day, 2.75$ for the outbound trip to New York, and 5.25$ for the return trip to 6th Avenue/33rd Street. I asked for a coffee pot in the room, and there was hot water to drink.

A long-established hotel where the president stayed, very close to Newark Penn Station, very cost-effective

There is no hair dryer. Other facilities are acceptable. The waiters are very polite.

The hotel is clean and the location is not bad as it's about a 10 minute walk to the Prudential Center, but the front desk staff was unfriendly and there was no hair dryer in the room so I had to call them.
