We recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of New York City, and it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the 9/11 Memorial and Battery Park, where we easily caught the ferry to the Statue of Liberty.
The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a great start to our days of exploring. Our room was spacious and comfortably accommodated three people without any issues. It was well-maintained and provided all the amenities we needed.
One of the standout features was the $25 voucher provided daily for the minibar, which was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Additionally, the area around the hotel had plenty of shops, making it convenient to pick up anything we needed or enjoy some shopping.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in downtown New York with easy access to major landmarks and excellent amenities.

First of all I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.
Reading reviews before booking it I had some doubts, but my stay was great. The room is small, but there is enough space. For me it was important that there was no noise: almost no noise from outside and no noise from other rooms.

The hotel is well-located, surrounded by plenty of local eateries, which makes it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food.
The room isn't huge but is compact and practical. The floor-to-ceiling window offers a great view, and I could enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evening. The bedding was spotless, and the pillows were just right – not too soft, not too firm – allowing for a very sound sleep.
The service was incredibly thoughtful; they offered complimentary local snacks upon check-in and proactively asked if I needed a taxi at check-out. It offers excellent value for money in this area, making it suitable for both business trips and short getaways. I'd definitely consider it for future visits.
Stayed here 3 times it’s a great place to stay away from Manhattan. Close by to a liquor store and supermarket for everything you need since all the rooms have a kitchen with utensils.
The breakfast is great too

The room was quite clean and cozy. The location of the hotel is very convenient. You will be able to reach all the major sights in Manhattan easily on foot or by subway (several stations within a 2 minute walk from the hotel). The room had a kitchen with a large refrigerator and necessary cookware. Accommodation for a longer stay. At our request they brought a hot plate (electric) for cooking in the room. There was a coffee making kit, sugar, creamer, small coffee maker. Unfortunately, there was no kettle. We were not disturbed with room cleaning.
Breakfasts were excellent. You can choose what you like: 2 kinds of porridge, sausages or bacon, omelettes, cutlets, pancakes, waffles, muffins, bagels, granola, fruit (apples, bananas, pineapples, melon), spinach. Of the beverages there were 2 kinds of juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Also milk and cream for coffee, jams, honey, portion butter, maple syrup, chocolate for waffles.
There were three of us but the shower set was for one person, extra bedding was not full. There were no toothbrush cups.
We arrived at the hotel early to inquire about early check in and a view room. We were asked to wait 2 hours before check-in time as the high floor room was not ready. But when we arrived on time, the room was still not ready, we were given a room on the 5th floor.
The light in the room is not very convenient. You can't turn on the light locally in the living area, 3 lights in the kitchen above the table, the general light and in the hallway are burning at the same time.

Huge room, with good television offerings. Full kitchen! The location is quiet and safe but also far away from sites of interest. The breakfast quality is very low compared to the room quality.
This hotel is actually Courtyard by Marriott. The rooms are not big, but they include microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.! The floor provided by the hotel is relatively high, and you can see the Hudson River and Times Square. The location is also great, and you can walk to Times Square, the Museum of Modern Art, Fifth Avenue, and Central Park. If you are willing to walk to attractions, the Met and Summit One are both good. The breakfast is also good, but I found black bugs in the bathroom.
