The customer service is very good,the room is clean and breakfast is great,near the station ,i will come back

The room was not soundproofed, the room is in the 5th floor and we could ear the voices of the people in the street. We couldn’t sleep. The central heating was to loud! The personal at the front desk working at night was not friendly. I don’t recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay! The staff was so nice and the location was perfect. So many things to do nearby, close to Times Square and all of the attractions. I would absolutely stay here again

The price-performance ratio is not high! It's a very old hotel, the bathroom is very small, and the washbasin is probably very old! The room was clean but did not provide any water or coffee pot. The bed is so soft, my back hurts when I sleep on it! The location is great, on Fifth Avenue, convenient to Central Park or Times Square! The price is more than 2800 per night!

The hotel is near Times Square, with convenient transportation; the internal sanitation environment of the rooms is good. It's a pity that the hotel restaurant was being renovated at the time of check-in, and there was no breakfast; the bathtub in the bathroom was also unavailable
