I recently stayed at The Langham, New York, Fifth Avenue, and it was a fantastic experience! The location on Fifth Avenue is perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, and the service is top-notch. Special thanks to Anna Rose, Victoria, Richard, and Jason for making our stay extra special with their exceptional hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in NYC!

Location, location, location! The main attraction is a prime location, which is equivalent to Nanjing West Road on the Bund in Shanghai. The room area is large on Fifth Avenue, but it is much smaller than the storefront and the front desk, and you may even miss it if you pass by. After moving in, you can go shopping in Times Square, overlook the night view of the Empire State Building, appreciate the giant Christmas tree in Rockefeller Plaza, and eat barbecue snacks in Korean Street. It is very convenient. The bathroom uses the famous French fragrance brand Diptyque. Glass bottled water is very environmentally friendly. When you call to order water, 5 bottles will be delivered in a large paper bag.

The location is very good, the room is very big, and the sense of space in the room is among the best in the center of Manhattan. There is nothing wrong with it except that it is expensive😅

The room was clean but the noise from outside was too loud. I have already paid for the room, why do I have to pay a high deposit?

We booked a junior suite, which was different from the pictures on Ctrip. I felt that the merchant was deceiving customers. The bathroom and cloakroom were quite large, but the room was quite small. For a family of four, if we opened the sofa bed, the room would be very crowded.

The room was super big, I was very satisfied to be able to live in such a big room in Manhattan. The location is very good, city walk is just right, many places can be reached on foot.

Overall, it was good. I prepared desserts from iconic New York buildings when I checked in. The hygiene was good, the service was attentive, the location of the hotel was convenient, and the restaurant tasted good. The disadvantage is that the air outlet of the room's air conditioner blows directly to the head of the bed, which makes my head uncomfortable while sleeping. The price including breakfast is not transparent. I asked the front desk and was told that breakfast cannot exceed US$85 per room.

The location is convenient, the room has a comfortable floor height, and the space is spacious. The room is not quiet along the street, but the sound insulation of the corridor is average. The service is proactive and friendly, and the guest room messages are warm. Check in with a sense of security.
