Great location and nice coffee. Easy to go around and nice spots to explore.

Good location, very close to Bryant park. However, the room that I stayed in the first night has some smell. Possibly the previous occupant was smoking there.

The staffs are friendly and willing to help.

Good location with subway nearby. Supermarkets is of walking distance. Grand Central Terminal is 2 streets away, very comvenient. Check in and out were swift and staffs were very friendly. The free flow coffee/ tea and water at level 2 is a bonus. Room is spacious and amenities were in place. Highly recommend this hotel.

Close to the central train station, convenient for taking the train to the airport the next morning. The hotel is on the main street and easy to find. The room is clean and tidy, and the space is not small. Recommended.

The hotel is in a good location, and it is convenient to go everywhere. The room uses a noisy window air conditioner. The biggest problem is that there is only one elevator. The other one is broken, and it seems to have been broken for a long time, which is very inconvenient for guests to go up and down. Especially the middle floors. The cafe on the m floor is a highlight. Guests can get water and coffee. New York is a noisy city, full of roars and various smells.

There was a small gym, but I didn't go in to see it. The waiting time for the elevator was also good, and we were able to get on it quickly. Maybe we didn't encounter a day when there were major events nearby and it was full. In general, I was very satisfied with being able to stay in such a hotel at this budget on Wudadao.

Very convenient, just a great location, clean, comfortable and safe. Opposite the NY public library, two steps from Bryant Park and other cool locations, coffee shops and restaurants. In the mezzanine there is tea / boiling water / coffee 24 hours a day, which is very convenient in the cold season. Friendly staff, Good view from the room. The only thing that was annoying was one working elevator (the second was broken), given the 30 floors of the hotel, the ascent and descent took a long time.

The elevator was under maintenance during the two weeks we were there. There was only one elevator for more than 20 floors, which was a bit inconvenient to get around. The hotel is in a great location, opposite the library and within walking distance of the subway station. I feel that the entire midtown is quite safe.
