The location is very good, the room has a beautiful view of Central Park. However, the sound insulation is too poor. You can always hear the sound of sports cars, motorcycles, police sirens, and huge lightning protection on the road. I can't sleep well at all.

Great attitude, first-class service

The hotel room facilities are relatively old and the air conditioner is very noisy. The hotel booking was a bummer. The Central Park view room we were promised could only see the treetops. When I asked to move to a higher floor, I was asked to pay an additional US$1,000 per night. When I checked in, I was already applying for the key card and was waiting for it. I was cut in line by the team behind me. I had to wait several times and waited for half an hour before I got the key card. There is no sliding door at the door in the morning or at night. We agreed to include restaurant breakfast, but the front desk said it was only $130. The breakfast bill and menu prices were seriously inconsistent. The waiter in the restaurant is very old and has a bad memory. He either cannot hear clearly or misses the order. All in all the experience was very poor. Not worth the high price at all. Very disappointed and don't want to stay there again.

I really regret that I didn't take pictures... 6K for one night is beyond the level of an express hotel... There is a very small window in the room, and you can see the opposite building... Service? Doesn't exist...but who let you be in New York, and in Central Park...the room facilities should be renovated 50 years ago? The bottled water was given by the doorman downstairs who helped with the luggage... There is no water in the room... Is it because the hotel is not willing to give bottled water for free... The child likes the smell of the hotel corridor very much, it is sweet... I can barely add it 1 point is good...
