Location is a bit far from main metro but that can be compensated with Lyft ride which is just abt $6usd to the metro...we chose here given the rate of stay is so much lower than in Manhatten. Room wise is very decent and clean. Amenities were lacking ie toothbrush / paste and bathroom slippers which will be a plus point if provided. The hotel is next to some Industrial building and there's sensors within the room to monitor Carbon Monoxide which. Personally stay here only if u are on budget and wana balance ur your long stay in NYC. There's no eateries nearby and nearest are small shops which need about 10mins walking. The good thing is hotel does provide snacks / hot n iced water at lobby and for breakfast time - they provide free pastries, fruits and coffee / tea.

The room had no refrigerator, no alarm clock, and no microwave. For the amount we paid we should have had something. Never again.

I was pleasantly happy about the stellar service as I was not hoping for much! The staff were very welcoming, the place was very clean and the complimentary breakfast in the morning did not disappoint! Amazing!

The hotel is located in Long Island, New York. It was dark when we arrived at night. There were many black people around. The surrounding environment felt unsafe, but the hotel facilities were relatively new and the breakfast was relatively simple.

Very clean and comfortable trip. The location is quite convenient, public transportation is very good, the hardware facilities are relatively complete, and the decoration is also good. I may come again next time.

Chinese people don't cheat Chinese people. The hotel is in a bad location, and the surrounding streets are not very safe. The front desk service is extremely poor. I can't find the order number, and the room card doesn't work. There is no basic apology, and the front desk staff rolled their eyes. The room is very small and crowded, and there is no basic room service. In short, don't stay here! ! ! ! ! ! !
