The room is clean and tidy, the service desk staff is good, the traffic is convenient, the breakfast is average, the overall is good, the price is affordable, and I will stay at this hotel next time.

Maybe it's to cut costs, the service is very simple. There was only one towel in the bathroom when I checked in. The front desk was nice and sent someone to deliver it immediately. But no one cleaned the next day, which saved me the $5 tip. Breakfast is mainly scrambled eggs, bacon rolls and small cakes, and the drinks are more diverse. You have to bring your own toiletries and slippers. The location is super good, with Madison Square and Penn Station just outside. The transportation is extremely convenient. It only takes 40 minutes to get to Kennedy Airport by Changchun Railway Station and Changchun Railway Station. It is also very convenient to take the train to Newark Airport in New Jersey. The room is not big, but it is very cost-effective for a single person to stay for a short period of time, and the deposit can be refunded quickly. Also, please note that not all rooms provide free wifi.

The room is very very small, the air conditioner is very very noisy, and the street outside is also very noisy. There is no bottled water in the room. The breakfast is very average. The advantage is that the location is good, just near the South Ferry ferry terminal and the subway station is also there. You can see the Wall Street Bull in a 3-minute walk.

Great location , you can walk to other attractions, right in Time Square. Quite room and very clean. Please request high floor when you book, if you get lower floor you have to close your curtain all times as you will see your office ‘s neighbors. Breakfast is excellent. Free coffee station.

The front desk staff were proactive in trying to solve problems, but the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. We didn’t want to know, but we ended up learning the hair color of the previous guest. Having only two elevators was an inconvenience, but the relaxed pace of travel made it more tolerable. The hot water and coffee were really great.

Great location (2 mins from grand central), amazing service and the breakfast was a nice perk! (Enjoyed the waffle station) had early check in and a decent check out time of 12 - would def stay again if in manhattan - close to everything and nice and safe to walk around

The hotel is in a good location, two minutes away from Times Square, but the room is very small, and the suitcases can only be placed in the corridor at the door of the room. After a long layover followed by a 15 hour flight causing us to come in late, it was a breath of fresh air to have such an amazing front desk staff check us in and give us all to information we needed to successfully make our trip easy. Breakfast was a nice not addition when traveling with family. Beds are so soft and comfortable. I slept like a baby. Very clean and nice facilities right across from LGA.

The room is comfortable for a short one night stay to get refresh up for immediately road trips after a long flight..very convenient location near airport
