The hotel is an airport hotel and with good connection with shuttle bus. The reception and service in general is very good. Breakfast is good. Room is nice and clean.
There is a deli and burger King nearby as well as a 7-11
There is nothing interesting in the surrounding to see, however.
The place was beautiful, the rooms were spacious. The door keys to our room failed to work several times, requiring multiple trips to the front desk. The shower nozzle had pitiful low pressure. Staff was very pleasant and helped best they could, but repeated trips from our room back down elevator to front desk with key problems was annoying.
The room was nice and the onsite free parking was definitely a perk, the breakfast was pretty good, staff was nice to us and accommodating, definitely helpful. The only drawback was that it was far; in Staten Island and it took pretty long (with traffic) to get to Manhattan/Brooklyn/Queens etc.. and when we stayed here the ice machine wasn’t working, but the staff were always helpful in giving us ice in a big cup. Overall we really liked the stay here. There was also a free shuttle from the hotel to the Staten Island ferry terminal that would bring us to Manhattan.
Happy overally with the stay, but I would recomend using a card for the deposit that you can lock.
At 1:00 am, THREE WEEKS after my stay, the hotel attempted to charge $50 on my credit card that I used for the room security. There was nothing that should have been charged, and the hotel advised that ”it was just our system” - no explanation why the ”system” was attempting to charge my card, and there were no incidental charges to the room.
I'm glad the fraud guard on my credit card declined the transaction, since I may have missed the charge if I were not alerted to the possible fraud.

The hotel is located near Penn Station, a 5-minute walk away. It is indeed in a core area with convenient transportation. It has just opened and has new facilities. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Times Square shopping district for shopping. There are no bad groups around, so it is relatively safe. The breakfast variety is limited and the occupancy rate is very high, so there is often embarrassment of waiting. The overall price-performance ratio is acceptable, and the attitude of the service staff is also very enthusiastic. Of course, it cannot be compared with Fairfield in China, but lowering expectations can be satisfactory.

Very satisfied . no luxuries. Practically inside the Port Authority, just cross the street. Coming from Jfk, you are already at the hotel without having to change trains. Simple, breakfast included and basic. Several restaurants nearby. We walked to Time Square and the High line / The Vessel. Excellent value for money for New York. And I've stayed in several hotels there. from my Window I See Port Authority Station
The rooms are relatively small, but the hotel is new and very good. The best is that the wifi signal is very good, and it is also close to Flushing. I will choose here next time.

Clean place, extremely friendly and welcoming hotel staff especially the front desk lady that checked us in she was super sweet. Rooms were not clean and ready upon check in at 3 but closer to 3:45 but there was a seating area available to wait that had water/tea/coffee available. Good location, close to subway, easy enough to walk and navigate around.

After being abroad three years and taking a long flight, I stayed here for two nights to get my bearings. The location, airport shuttle service and space were great. The only concern I had was one evening around 11 pm, I was sitting in the lounge when a customer came in but found no service clerk at the desk. He looked everywhere and called several times, but no response. Finally, the clerk came after about 20 minutes. This is concerning because what if a robber had come in instead of the customer?

Great location with various metro lines nearby, very friendly staff, abundant breakfast more salty than sweet, the room was made up every day, fairly satisfactory cleaning, not very big room but we only went there to sleep, in our bathroom we had bottles with all the quality body and hair products, definitely if I returned to Ny it would be my first choice

AAnonymous UserThe room is a bit small, and the noise from the street is a bit noisy. The breakfast is not bad, with eggs, cereal, cakes, bacon, yogurt, milk, fruit, etc., which is considered rich in the United States. The service staff is very enthusiastic, with the natural enthusiasm of Americans!

GGuest UserWe used it for JFK Mae night. We were able to go to the airport in 20th place.
The room was clean and there was a problem with the toilet, but I changed it immediately. The people at the front desk were kind and felt good.

KKuailebaimawangziIn addition to the good location, the hotel is convenient to go anywhere, and there is no special impression. The hotel is located on Fifth Avenue 37th Street, not far from Rockefeller Plaza, Times Square, American Department Store, Empire State Building, etc. The room is small, there are almost 18 square meters, the bustling area of New York City is probably very good, the hotel includes double breakfast, breakfast is very general, Like budget hotel breakfast, the price is super expensive during Christmas, a bit outrageous, the room facilities are a bit old, the basin is very small, the air conditioner does not dare to open, and the sound is too noisy.
