Fairfield by Marriott Hotels in New York

After being abroad three years and taking a long flight, I stayed here for two nights to get my bearings. The location, airport shuttle service and space were great. The only concern I had was one evening around 11 pm, I was sitting in the lounge when a customer came in but found no service clerk at the desk. He looked everywhere and called several times, but no response. Finally, the clerk came after about 20 minutes. This is concerning because what if a robber had come in instead of the customer?

The room is a bit small, and the noise from the street is a bit noisy. The breakfast is not bad, with eggs, cereal, cakes, bacon, yogurt, milk, fruit, etc., which is considered rich in the United States. The service staff is very enthusiastic, with the natural enthusiasm of Americans!

Last minute booking and we appreciated the friendly staff and accommodative nature. Would happily book again!

I have booked and stayed in Fairfield Inn & Suites New York Manhattan/Downtown East for 4 nights. This hotel location is great. close to subway and china town. the staff in the hotel is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back again

Location and breakfast were both good. However, the facilities are old and expensive, so I hope only this part will be improved. Also, I would like the reception information to be slightly improved.

Great location with various metro lines nearby, very friendly staff, abundant breakfast more salty than sweet, the room was made up every day, fairly satisfactory cleaning, not very big room but we only went there to sleep, in our bathroom we had bottles with all the quality body and hair products, definitely if I returned to Ny it would be my first choice

The hotel is located on Fifth Avenue 37th Street, not far from Rockefeller Plaza, Times Square, American Department Store, Empire State Building, etc. The room is small, there are almost 18 square meters, the bustling area of New York City is probably very good, the hotel includes double breakfast, breakfast is very general, Like budget hotel breakfast, the price is super expensive during Christmas, a bit outrageous, the room facilities are a bit old, the basin is very small, the air conditioner does not dare to open, and the sound is too noisy.

Very good hotel close to JFK. Our room was very new and we had a great stay. Only downside is that the windows are not very soundproof. Also there was a lot of (cleaning?) noise in the morning in the room next door. I m not sure what it was but the vibrations of the wall had the phone fall down on our side.

The environment is good, the room is clean, there is free purified water, the breakfast is OK, there are small hamburgers, it is a 20-minute drive from the airport, and the price is cheap in New York.
