This hotel boasts a highly convenient location in Lower Manhattan. It's just a few minutes' walk to the ferry terminal, and a pleasant 3-minute stroll along the river will bring you to the iconic Brooklyn Bridge. A subway station, providing R and W lines with direct access to Queens and Brooklyn, is situated right across the street. Wall Street is also just a 5-minute walk away.
The rooms were clean and well-maintained, featuring a very comfortable bed. The bathroom facilities and towels were spotless. A heads-up: guests should bring their own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. The front desk is on the second floor, where you'll find a refreshment area with a microwave; drinks are available for purchase. Luggage storage is conveniently located on the ground floor, which also houses a Western-style restaurant and an adjacent bar.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and comes highly recommended.

Location is a bit far from main metro but that can be compensated with Lyft ride which is just abt $6usd to the metro...we chose here given the rate of stay is so much lower than in Manhatten.
Room wise is very decent and clean. Amenities were lacking ie toothbrush / paste and bathroom slippers which will be a plus point if provided.
The hotel is next to some Industrial building and there's sensors within the room to monitor Carbon Monoxide which. Personally stay here only if u are on budget and wana balance ur your long stay in NYC.
There's no eateries nearby and nearest are small shops which need about 10mins walking.
The good thing is hotel does provide snacks / hot n iced water at lobby and for breakfast time - they provide free pastries, fruits and coffee / tea.
Would definitely recommend this hotel for it's convenient location, within 5 mins walk of Newport Path station and nice neighbourhood. Easy to get to and from Manhattan without the price tag of more central hotels.
Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious and perfect for a family stay with children. All the staff were friendly and helpful and it was nice to come back to a refreshed, clean and tidy room after a long day of sightseeing.

It was a night stay before my flight and the front desk people are telling pretty nice!
My room it seems to be bigger but divided by a white door to make more room, I can hear the people next door very clear and the divide door can actually be opened…..
The shower water was finicky and I couldn’t figure out how to use it but the front desk said you need to open both the faucet and the shower faucet to get hot water!
It was a nice room overall, overlooking the airport!

Decent experience, location was nice. However, the water system was disappointing as water was constantly cloudy even after complaining.
Rooms were very small as well, which is although understandable since it’s manhattan.
Staffs were friendly though, which was nice.
The location is super good, just across the street to Maddison Square, there are many shops for food nearby, and it is only a 15-minute walk to Times Square. The location in the center of Manhattan, this price is very cost-effective. I booked a double room, Queen size bed the bed is soft, I personally have a problem. The facilities are acceptable, after all, it is a big brand hotel. Will consider staying next time.

It was clean and well located, but
I was assigned to a room where the window was completely blocked by a machine,
so I couldn't open the window the whole time I was there,
and there was no ventilation, and no light came in, so it was hard to tell if it was day or night.
Good points are that it is convenient to get to the airport via the freeholder shuttle bus. And the staff show excellent customer service skills. Rooms are big. Nice gym.
Bad points are the rooms are shabby, adjoining doors means you can hear your neighbours, bathroom and rooms have seen better days.
The room on the upper floor is very nice, very clean and bright. There is a separate shower, which is commendable. There is a bathtub downstairs and the lighting is not good. I recommend a room on a higher floor, it is worth staying!

The price/performance ratio is average, but it is a transportation hub, so it is not recommended for budget travelers

GGuest UserThe room is very small, you can't open two boxes, the elevator is also very small, you have to wait for several trips to get down during the check-out peak period. The service is good and they actively help solve problems.
