Location is very nice if you are planning to layover at a JFK airport hotel, however the bus to airport are always late so be aware of your flight time!

Good hotel for the night before/after the flight. Big spacious room and clean bathroom with all the amenities. Everything was nice, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was good, but small variety of food. Airport shuttle is a great option!

This hotel is 5 mins away from Charging Bull and NYSE. Train station is also very near. Walking distance to take Ferry to Statue of Liberty. Supermarket is also very near.  However, room is small and partition is thin. When next room closed the room door, can feel my room shook as if a mini earthquake. Next thing is there are only 3 lifts shared by 44 floors of rooms. If rush for time, better to take the lift earlier.  Due to the very expensive land in NYC, I have to scarifice room space for convenience.

It's a pretty good hotel. The location is very good. It's very convenient to travel. It's a bit slow to wait for the elevator. The breakfast in the hotel is very good and rich. However, the gym is too small and the treadmill is always broken. It's not suitable for fitness.

Superb location and very comfortable room! Hotel is large and very popular so is busy and lift time can be a wait. Air con is very noisy but appreciated in the heat. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend for an affordable comfortable stay around the corner from a main subway station.

Things are very expensive in New York, and the rooms you can book at this price are not very big. There is only a little space left after putting the double bed, and the window can see the wall of the opposite building. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Times Square, which is not very close. But it's very close to the Penn Station subway station, which takes 3-4 minutes to get there. It's not far by subway to reach Manhattan's attractions. The hotel is in the center of Manhattan. Two bottles of water were provided when we checked in. We stayed for 4 nights, but they couldn't provide them after that. They said they would charge $5.50 for each bottle. There is room cleaning service every day, and I left a tip beside the bed.
