Honestly, room was smaller than expected. The only good point about this room is the location as it’s 5-10 minutes away from Time Square. For its price honestly i feel is a pricey. Just know you’re only paying for the location and not the room.
As a family we chose and booked this hotel because it should have a spa area and a pool. When booking, the question was told only after check-in and full payment that the pool and spa area are not active. But we cannot cancel the booking. The cancellation would be more expensive than the paid sum. 3 nights paid nearly € 1200 and that was without breakfast, although breakfast was included in the booking. In addition, it is very noisy in the hotel because it is on the highway. We even in the seventh floor felt that the cars were driving through the room. Room service was from 25.09- 29.09 only once in the room to clean and switch towels, and the one day before departure. We had towels from the holiday we used. In general, the employees were friendly but not helpful. I can't recommend the hotel with a quiet conscience and especially not if you indicate a pool as a criterion but don't get a pool for the expensive price. I can only hope that the review is visible for everyone.
The hotel room is of suitable size, with a small partition and simple bathroom facilities. Be careful to avoid noise in the rooms near the elevator. There are many guests staying and the check-out time is until 11 noon. The breakfast environment is warm and the chef is very friendly. The hotel is quite close to Newport Mall, which is relatively convenient.

We had a great time. The rooms were super clean and we were lucky to get a room at the top level 44. Some writing suggest that the elevator takes a lot of time but in our case there was no issue with it. Staff was super nice aswell

I was pleasantly happy about the stellar service as I was not hoping for much! The staff were very welcoming, the place was very clean and the complimentary breakfast in the morning did not disappoint! Amazing!

Things are very expensive in New York, and the rooms you can book at this price are not very big. There is only a little space left after putting the double bed, and the window can see the wall of the opposite building. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Times Square, which is not very close. But it's very close to the Penn Station subway station, which takes 3-4 minutes to get there. It's not far by subway to reach Manhattan's attractions. The hotel is in the center of Manhattan. Two bottles of water were provided when we checked in. We stayed for 4 nights, but they couldn't provide them after that. They said they would charge $5.50 for each bottle. There is room cleaning service every day, and I left a tip beside the bed.

The hotel has some advantages, but it is difficult to cover up the disadvantages.
The advantages are that the room facilities are relatively new and free drinking water is provided.
The disadvantages are that the glass is not soundproof, the room is very noisy, and it is difficult to rest well. And the shuttle bus is a joke. I waited in the cold wind at the airport for 40 minutes and didn't see the ”half-hourly” shuttle bus. I called the hotel and they just said they would be there soon, and they couldn't give any useful help. I can only take Uber to the hotel

It was clean and well located, but
I was assigned to a room where the window was completely blocked by a machine,
so I couldn't open the window the whole time I was there,
and there was no ventilation, and no light came in, so it was hard to tell if it was day or night.
The location is super good, just across the street to Maddison Square, there are many shops for food nearby, and it is only a 15-minute walk to Times Square. The location in the center of Manhattan, this price is very cost-effective. I booked a double room, Queen size bed the bed is soft, I personally have a problem. The facilities are acceptable, after all, it is a big brand hotel. Will consider staying next time.

AAnonymous UserThe parking was valet and mandatory. At least the valet was nice. The concierge was weird and did not seem to understand my questions. This was the same for all the people behind the counter. Water in the sink was brown from time to time. Overall, it was okay for a 1 night stay.
