The room is not bad. I have stayed here many times. The environment and hygiene are quite good. The ladies at the front desk and housekeeping department are very friendly. However, you have to pay the taxes and fees yourself. It would be nice if they were added to the accommodation fee.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, close to major attractions like Hudson Yards and Times Square, with easy access to the subway. The rooms are modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with a fresh and inviting design. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great choice for comfort, style, and convenience in NYC. Highly recommended!
The location is convenient , nice room view. The toilets not very functional as the bath tub kept splashing all over the floor. The hotel accidentally charged us for few nights despite we have pre paid in advanced and has caused a lot of inconveniences on our credit card charges . Walking distance to a lot of nearby eateries selections, nearby to attractions and broadway shows , and Central Park as well. Hotel service mediocre , chargeable bottled waters and this is a turned off as we expect such free daily essentials as part of the hotel stay

It's clean and much more spacious than downtown. It's convenient. The airport shuttle runs every 20 or 30 minutes. Please consult the front desk for the specific time. The airport shuttle driver is enthusiastic and insists on helping with luggage. I gave him a tip. Tipping is everywhere in the United States. The configuration is similar to hotels of the same price.

The staff is friendly, the location is good, and the price is reasonable. Many hotels in New York have windows but you can't see the sky. The facilities are relatively old, but they can still be used. The entrance is also relatively safe, and there is a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient

This is a good Marriott hotel in a very safe part of Long Island which is two stops away from the main area and only a few stops from Penn Station and times square. The hotel is clean and new and has food/snacks for you. However this is one downside. The hotel is facing a subway that runs above ground and it's noisy during the day.
Coffee machine in the room is not user friendly. It has graphic illustration on how to operate. It only tells the steps, but does not mention which button to press (3 buttons on the machine, some blinks some red/blue). The table top has paper cups and plastic cups. The machine does not work with plastic. I need to try a few time and figure out only the paper cups works for this machine.

Everything went very well despite a problem with a room that didn't match the reservation. The hotel and Trip handled the issue quickly.
The staff is welcoming, and the hotel is in a great location. Special mention goes to the quality of the bedding.
It's pretty good by New York standards. If you want to go to Penn Station, you can take the train in five minutes. It's very convenient! It's a bit noisy at night, so you may need to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
The location is very good, within 10 minutes walking distance from the shopping street, there are 3 large supermarkets, drug stores, Starbucks, there is a Starbucks on the first floor, breakfast can be eaten here. There are also several burger restaurants, the most famous being the Shake Shack Main Store. The hotel is good both in service and staying experience. Room 28 is not small, it is much newer than other old hotels, and the layout is good. Will consider staying here next time.

GGuest UserA very convenient hotel for transit, helpful staff and fast service during check in at 11pm despite having quite busy travellers coming at the same time. Clean and comfortable room for a short stay. Really appreciate the free airport shuttle facilities, big van, spacious and very nice driver 😊

FFenmiaobuzhengThe hotel is in a good location, and it is convenient to go everywhere. The room uses a noisy window air conditioner. The biggest problem is that there is only one elevator. The other one is broken, and it seems to have been broken for a long time, which is very inconvenient for guests to go up and down. Especially the middle floors. The cafe on the m floor is a highlight. Guests can get water and coffee. New York is a noisy city, full of roars and various smells.
XxinbostonThe hotel itself does not have breakfast, which is different from what Ctrip described. It is understandable that the land is very expensive in the Upper East District. Ctrip's prices are somewhat deceptive. There is no need to book a breakfast-included package.
