Hotels with Breakfast in New York

Since the check-in was the last day of 2023, the price was sky-high. I can only say that except for the attitude of the front desk service, everything else was not good. Don't expect too much when staying in a hotel in the United States, but the expectations for the facilities of this hotel were even lower than expected. There was nothing you wanted. The hot water for the shower was hot and cold. Halfway through the shower, I found that the shower gel bottle was a decoration. I called the front desk to send it, which caused my child to have cold symptoms the next day. Choose carefully.

This hotel is 5 mins away from Charging Bull and NYSE. Train station is also very near. Walking distance to take Ferry to Statue of Liberty. Supermarket is also very near.  However, room is small and partition is thin. When next room closed the room door, can feel my room shook as if a mini earthquake. Next thing is there are only 3 lifts shared by 44 floors of rooms. If rush for time, better to take the lift earlier.  Due to the very expensive land in NYC, I have to scarifice room space for convenience.

The reception lady Afonza was great. She offered me a upgrade at a discounted price. She also waived off ny early checking fee. She is wonderful and also called after i settled in to see if everything is ok. View is good! Thanks you for the stay!

We came to the city for the first time in almost 20 years to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We had tickets to almost famous and wanted to have a very special weekend together. The woman at the front desk was so sweet and kind and offered us congratulations and gave us an upgrade for free to a king suite from regular king room. It was a beautiful spacious room, well decorated with a comfortable sofa and big screen, TVs, extra towels, and everything one could want. The staff was helpful and accommodating and recommended a great spot for dinner. Breakfast to go was perfect in the morning. Complete with coffee and lots of smiles. We can’t wait to come back again and have recommended it already to friends. We especially love the art deco style that was evident everywhere. Thank you for making our anniversary extra special!! Staying at the Martinique New York on Broadway offered a delightful experience. The hotel's prime location provided easy access to Broadway shows and Times Square. The rooms, while compact, were impeccably clean and well-appointed. Service was attentive and professional, ensuring a comfortable stay. The historic charm of the building added a unique touch to our visit. Highly recommended for travelers seeking a blend of convenience and character.

Early in the morning, there was a smell of smoke blowing into the room. The window was closed. I didn’t know how to get in. I asked the front desk if the smell of oily smoke from the hotel was blowing from the side of the room. The next day I wanted to change the room but said there was no room full. Not recommended

Customer service specially at the reception desk was very poor - they would never say please or Thankyou. If you ask a question it’s too much trouble or work for them. Overall experience was good but customer service is something that you need to take as a grain of salt when you visit /stay here

This hotel is truly great. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to anything or find a subway. The only downfall was that the fitness center was not opened. Would I go back again? 100% yes!

No ( laundry, gym, breakfast, toaster or microwave) Infrequent room servicing. Small room with plenty of road noise.
