Easiest to get to from Taoyuan Airport. Value for money and a great launchpad to explore rest of Taipei if you are in Taipei for quite a few days. Hotel is relatively new and rooms are spacious compared to properties in the city centre.

I think the best way to put it is that it’s not your vocational hotel it’s more for stop point or working through cities hotel where it values practically and budget for suitable for work or students…I choose the smallest room but honestly personally as long as I have a clean bed which provide me a high quality sleeping that’s all a care…. If you own a locomotive or motorcycle…finding a park is living hell…I spend over 30 min trying to find a spot and failed…if you own a car then they can a car parking ground

The location was very convenient for my business meetings. The big mall closeby had many good restaurants. However, there was some insect in my room, and the A/C in the bar and in the breakfast area was extremely cold, so I was afraid I would get a cold. Service was very good however, we got help in arranging a car and the information about the insect issue was followed up on.

Everything is awesome, big rooms, friendly staff and convenient location!! Just that if you are travelling by car / uber / private hire, then not so, as the jams during peak hour are really bad, a 5mins distance might take up to 30 minutes.. but if by public transport, diagonally there is a bus terminal + metro station + train & high speed rail station!! There is also a microwave but is only for use during the restaurant opening hours, about 6am? To about 10pm? Or so.. the pool above is also very clean, but there is no direct lift to it.. there is also a welcome drink (soft drinks) on the first check in, everyday there are 2 bottles of free pet bottle water

The waiters during the day were not very nice and not very friendly. The attitude of the waiters at night was very good, much better than during the day. The soundproofing of the room is not very good. You can hear the hair dryer, chatting and even pressing buttons next door. One night, while sleeping in the middle of the night, I was suddenly startled awake by the sound of the door closing next door. The floor is not very clean and sticky. There is an unknown object somewhere on the floor, resembling particles of insect feces. It will itch if your feet step on it. Parking is very inconvenient. There is no fixed parking space for check-in or departure.

A supposedly 4 star hotel that delivers the bare minimum. Nothing to shout about, had an unobjectionable stay here in January this year and was happy with the location and relatively clean room so decided to book again for 5 nights for my recent trip. Regretted my decision as I felt that the service was lackluster. Upon entering the room we saw that the double bed was made up by 2 twin beds unlike our initial experience so we approached the front desk to enquire if a change was possible as we do not like the feel of the gap between the beds and the light switches were behind our pillows making the lights on/off if we were to even lightly lean on the headboard. The answer we got was that we should have indicated that request upon check in and it is a common process for hotels to join 2 twin beds and sell them as a double room. The front desk manager also said the check in rate was 98% that night. We then asked if we could have a change the next day and the reply was to come down and check again tmr. No effort to assist and instead all we felt was him trying the shift the blame to us when all we requested was a double bed when it is available. That left an extremely sour taste in our mouth. The next morning, I woke up with red bites on my arms, legs and torso, however my partner didn't had any so I did not relate it to the cleanliness of the room. The next 2 morning remained to be the same and we requested a change of room which we were given. The itchiness subsided after the change. The staff also passed a cream for itchness to me. But she mentioned it may be mosquito bites which I can tell it isn't as they are in clusters. Location was convenient for us as it is near the banqiao transfer station and there are food choices around the hotel as well as a few family marts.

The hotel is opposite the exit of Sanchong MRT Station, and is only a 10-15 minute drive from Taipei Main Station/Ximending/Longshan Temple. The transportation location is very convenient. The hotel has a total of 19 floors. Except for the lobby on the first floor and the conference hall/Spa on the second floor, the other floors are guest rooms. There is a self-service check-in machine in the lobby. The front desk will ask us to check in by ourselves. Although the reporting instructions and procedures are simple and clear, the entire After the process, the front desk did not stand aside to care. Passengers were allowed to handle it on their own. This may require further thinking and adjustment. Overall, the CP value is OK. If there is a discount price, you can consider staying in this hotel again.

Room is spacious and clean. Shower room and toilet are separate. Staff are polite and helpful. We arrived late in the afternoon at 5pm and were recommended to have food at the next building's restaurant, which were special and delicious. Walking distance to train station is about 10 to 13 minutes, which is reasonable. We also tried the sandwiches and coffee breakfast downstairs before departure. We really enjoyed our stay 4 nights there!

Outstanding! Seemed to be heavily discounted when I booked, as it was the 2nd cheapest hotel in the area, but it was fantastic. Practicality first - only a few minutes from an MRT station. The facilities are amazing. I didn't try the actual spa area, but discovered the room had a bath as well as a shower, the shower had multiple shower head options and also doubled as a steam room. Perfect after a long run to have a private steam room, then a hot bath and finally a cool shower. Love it. The bed was massive, there was also a couch and a writing desk. Definitely the best hotel I've found in Taipei, especially at this price! Room was pretty quiet too, although as with many places the fridge was a bit noisy so I unplugged it. Also, there was a 24 hour self-service restaurant area, with cereals, breads and croissants. During the day, the cereals were replaced with crisps and at night (maybe after 10pm) there was a choice of instant noodles and a fancy cooker. Also all day there was free tea/fresh ground coffee/water/hot chocolate and also sodas on tap, along with packaged sweets and nibbles. The area was very nice and I spent a while relaxing here with a hot chocolate on the way back every day. Definitely would stay here again.

Overall, was a very relaxing experience, but it was far away from the city. Not much food choices around the hotel. But this place was definitely good for short vacation. Staffs were good, private spa bath tub in bedroom was definitely a plus 🤩🤩🤩 ！
