"This is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Totally made my holiday when they upgraded me to a junior suite. Room was huge, clean and full of amenities. The rooftop pool was nice. Location sits right in the middle of multiple shopping malls and close to Banqiao MRT. Staff were extremely helpful. Thank you for the amazing time and no place I’d rather stay the next time I’m in Taipei."

"First time booking this hotel. Met with some issues during check in. The staff ask for extra cash to top up for one of our kid who’s 9 years old. Told him that Trip.com indicated no extra payment needed. Ended up he made a mistake by assuming that we’d book for the 2 single bed room instead of triple bed. Such a blunder he made. Other than that, the room and facilities were great. Hotel Cham Cham is really Cham (Hokkien) ah!"

"The room is big and clean. They do daily cleaning. Breakfast is good with many choices and menu changes every day. It was also nice to have access to vip room with free snacks and drinks. Hotel is near train station though far from tourist spots. There are barely restaurants nearby."

"Wrong information about shuttle bus and size of bed. We have to call them and they said that trip.com put the wrong information. It seems it still there when we extended our stay in this hotel."

"We really liked staying here. The location was convenient at getting to the popular spots in Taipei was fast. We liked that it was quiet and out of the craziness of the big city, but still had all the convenience. We aren’t big breakfast people so not get a hotel breakfast was ok for us, but there are food spots and a supermarket nearby if you needed to buy some food. There’s also family mart and 7-11 nearby too. Cleanliness does need to be improved a little bit as we felt the bathroom shower and the hallways of the hotel (like the carpet) were quite dirty, but the bed and the actual living space of the rooms were cleaned well. The service was great too! Will definitely return."

First, a very big thank you to all the best manners and excellent staff..from day 1 Yvonne, Louise, then Ms Yang, Cindy til Mr Masaki the last day.. they all are very friendly, helpful and very professional in their work. As we have to leave very early to the airport..without further words, Ms Yang was so meticulous enough to suggest Breakfast Bento ( attached is the nutritious 爱心bento ，thank you the kitchen staff for the preparation🙏 😍) and Mr Masaki handles our last minute request promptly in a professional way..The staff of Just Sleep Sanchong seem to know 读心术 & wil fulfill all your needs🥺😍. Second, even though the hotel is few years old but the room and all amenities are still in a very good condition. the comfortable bed, clean floor, good shower 👍 Real appreciate Mr Daniel for making up the rooms everyday and was very impressed by the sparkling clean toilet. Third, distance is not a problem at all as the Mrt station is just a few steps away.. Last but not least, the breakfast environment is good and beautiful plus the efficient breakfast staff,🙏 Looking forward to the delicious breakfast first thing in the morning😋😋For sure, I will Definitely recommend without 2nd thought this beautiful and Marvellous Just Sleep Sanchong to all friends and definitely will stay at this Just Sleep Sanchong again if come back to Taipei🥰😘😍 Thank you very much again to all beautiful people of Just Sleep Sanchong. "Location is not far from Metro and Taipei... Must take taxi to get Metro and then ~25 mins to get downtown 101 area. Hotel WiFi works well at ~ 27-28 Mbps steady and Ethernet port works. Building seems to have a lot of concrete and was hard to find room and areas in room, bwhere I could also use a SIM card hotspot signal that was fast enough (as a back up in event hotel WiFi failed). Surrounding areas, not too much. But business park and Starbucks and Family Mart in North East 5-12 mins walk from hotel. Staff very courteous and helpful. Room very nice. Heaters in each room. Quiet. Windows are think and don't open. Hope this helps others"

"It’s a hotel in the heart of Banqiao station. Walking distance to banqiao station within 10 mins. Room is ok and considered new but not much service. Due to government policy, this hotel doesn’t provide any amenities including slipper. So please bring along your own otherwise it would be $100 NTD if you ask a slipper from the hotel."

"I stayed at Hilton Taipei Sinban from July 2–7, 2025, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton property. Pros: The hotel’s location is convenient, especially being close to the MRT line that connects to most tourist attractions. That part, I’m happy with. Cons: 1. Service Disappointment: I arrived at midnight and was surprised to see a paper notice at check-in saying the hotel no longer provides single-use toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc.) since Jan 1, 2025. I don’t recall seeing this clearly stated on Trip.com when I booked, if it was there, it wasn’t obvious. When I asked the receptionist, his response felt robotic and impatient. No attempt to explain nicely but just repeated the statement like a machine. It didn’t feel like Hilton-level hospitality at all. 2. Breakfast Quality: Honestly, I had a better experience at DoubleTree Hilton Johor Bahru, which is supposedly a lower-tier Hilton brand. The breakfast here was underwhelming with limited variety — not what you’d expect from a premium Hilton. Overall, this property feels more like a 3.5-star hotel wearing a 5-star badge. It’s disappointing, especially for loyal Hilton guests."

"The hotel is in front of Fuzhou station (6 stops to Taipei Main Station). Hotel has good facilities (e.g. gym). Room is nice, good bed, place to work, decent shower. It felt a bit cold in the winter."
