The housekeeper who received the stay was very kind and courteous, the hotel's equipment was also full of complete, and the living environment was comfortable. Excellent stay with perfect location for Old st. Massive thanks to the friendly volunteers for the helpful information, as well as to the helpful owner who was accommodating. Good place to socialise with other travellers. Shower was the most perfect one I’ve used in Taiwan - minor thing to notice but was appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

DDawei 007Very impressed by the cleanliness of this place. The bathroom was pristine, and the showers were powerful with plenty of hot water. The rooms are indeed VERY small so be prepared for that . Luckily I had a room with a window, so an added bonus. When I was there the place was very quiet, so I had the living area (to eat in) and the use of the bathroom totally to myself! St.Ignatius (orange line) is the closest metro station. If you opt to have the breakfast, you can either take it in the café on the ground floor OR get a voucher for the MacDonald's down the street. Check in is AT 3PM... and NOT a minute before!🤣

GGuest UserThe location is about 10 -15 mins walk to the Tamsui Fisherman's Wharf. There is direct bus just around the corner which can take you to Tamsui old street and the metro station. There is a supermarket nearby and a 7-11. The room is huge! The bed is two queens bed combined. The only downside for this hotel is there is no wardrobe. It only has a tiny little hock to hang clothes and it’s very low. So my long jacket will be sweeping the floor if I hand there. There is also no partition between the bathroom and the bedroom. There is also no switch to switch off the light on top of the bathroom basin The shower room do not have a holder where u can put your shower gel and face wash. The clothes rack is near the shower head and your clothes could get wet. If you put your stuffs outside the shower room, as there is no partition between bathroom and bedroom, your room mates will be able to see you when you open the shower door. Please add a rack in the shower room and add back the partition between bathroom and bedroom. I think that’s necessary.

DDyosa0827My family and i decided to spent a 2nights staycation here. We rented the presidential pool suite room because of the private swimming pool The staff were friendly but lacks a few points on assisting us to our room. Sorroundings are very clean. The room was huge but some of the light controls are not functioning well so we ended sleeping with the light so bright. The AC is great it cools fast, the hot water is 24hrs accesible. Spacious closet with hanger, there is also a small fridge available. We just had a hard time using tge toilet because the door was transparent 😅😅😅. A convenience store across the street and grocery store on the other corner. My nephew and niece enjoys the whole stay here.

II am 台灣人Lichen This is a youth hostel located very close to the MRT station. When I checked in, the rest of the things happened. I didn’t know that my room card didn’t actually sense it, but I opened an unused cabin. , so after I put all my things in, I left and went to take a shower. Fortunately, I wore Yujing, and I walked to the counter with a wet body after taking a shower, because my door could not be opened 🙂 But the staff at the counter was okay, and it took a long time to help me deal with it immediately, so what? I also got a new key card. Generally speaking, personal independent positions are really not bad, because it means having your own independent space, so you can do whatever you want without worrying about missing things! But the only thing that bothers me the most is that there are 8 cabins in one room. This time I live in the upper one. Because I have a personal space, the second floor will be a little higher, and it is really uncomfortable when climbing up and down. Make it easier. In addition, the most painful experience when I went to take a bath was that there were no slippers. There is also a short distance from the room to the bathroom, and the floor in the shower room feels slippery and unclean after taking a shower without slippers. Although the shower room has a large space and has a wet and dry separation, but Because the shower head cannot be removed for use, there will be other people’s hair in the corner of the shower room where the water can’t be flushed, so those corners of the shower room are very disgusting to me (I’m a clean freak. Excuse me)! Once you enter the shower room, it is like a bathing space in a school dormitory (advanced version), but there is also a mark on the hair dryer that when the hair dryer is overheated, it will not be able to be used for about five to 10 minutes, but it can be used after cooling down, which is a bit troublesome! ! Fortunately, no one used a hair dryer when I couldn't use it in the middle of the blowing, so I could use another one to dry my hair. There are about 10 bathrooms and time toilets in a men's bathroom as big as the hair dryer, but the hair dryer only Two is a bit of a dumbass pussy 🙂 The conclusion is that you must bring your own slippers for the hotel in your stomach. It is more hygienic for me to take a shower, and then bring your own hair dryer if you can, or if boys have short hair, they don’t need to bring a hair dryer. Basically, if you live all the way, you will stay in your own cabin. It is not convenient to enter and exit the first time, and the space in the second hall is actually not very good to sit. There are two types of rest tables in the lobby, one is high chairs and the other is very low. The high chairs have no angle material. I think it is a pity that it is very uncomfortable to do it! But it’s okay, because basically people staying in this room will stay in their cabins. The room is spacious, outdated design but still comfortable. The lighting is dark I would say for both aisle and the room. Staffs are friendly and welcoming.

There are movies to watch in the room. The transportation is not very convenient. But the room is quite large, the sense of space is not oppressive, and the soundproofing at night is ok. It is the bathroom has a point that will seep water to the door, I do not know if there is a problem with the waterproofing layer, There will be water seeping out even though there is no bathing water, which is a more disturbing place. Breakfast only provides 80 yuan vouchers, which need to be redeemed at a nearby store. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but it is a good thing for people who sleep until they wake up naturally. In short, a highly recommended accommodation.

(The room already has 2 servings of toothbrush toothpaste) Once inside, there is only 1.8m x 1.5m space, barely even 2 people standing there, 27-inch suitcases cannot be opened at the same time. The place does not have 12 square meters visually should only have 9 square meters. The bathroom environment is quite good. Breakfast is not enjoyed at the hotel restaurant nor at a nearby restaurant, you are given a takeaway order for the time and food you want, and then the next morning the staff will notify you to go to the lobby to pick it up. We booked a room at three times the usual price is not worth it, so if booking a room here can only be booked when the price is low. Check in time is too late to 6pm, check out at 12 noon the next day. But every time you go in and out of the lobby staff will mention a 12 noon check out, and at 11 we will also call the room to remind us in the room, which is indeed a bit annoying.

JJesse CCCI returned to this exact hotel room one year later. The fire alarm still goes off from the steam coming off the hot shower, but you have a bathtub and great water pressure. The deluxe room puts facing a drab courtyard but you get a glass tiled pillar in your room. The cheaper rooms will face the street. Still feels like a place from the 1970s. Still recommended for solo trips. Cheap.
