"Stayed at 28/F, luxury prestige room with very nice view. The services were fantastic.
The biggest room of the floor contained working area & sleeping area. There were five pillows i could close.
In the G/F main entry, there is 98 Bar offering NTW700 free flow of drinks. High CP value. However, there were around of mosquito.
The size of washroom is more than big enough. Apart from the shampoo & shower gel, there was nothing. I was shocked that I neded to buy teeth set & shave set."

It takes only 4 minutes to walk from the station to the hotel, whether you need to take a high-speed rail round trip. It is very convenient to travel from north to south, train to visit the whole Taiwan, MRT local travel, or transfer to the next country to continue the journey. Xinban Hilton is adjacent to entertainment business districts such as Eslite, Global, and Far Eastern. It is located in a prosperous area but can be quiet and has the convenience of business needs and embraces local culture and history. The installation art in the museum and the surrounding century-old history The Lin’s Garden in this area echoes each other, no matter in the lobby or the floor, every place is narrating the chronology of this land.Hilton Taipei Sinban is a full-scale hotel with gyms, outdoor swimming pools, and meeting rooms. Whether it’s business trips, family trips, or vacations, it can meet everything you need and create a wonderful experience for travelers. This starts a beautiful journey. The hotel is 31 floors high and has 3 restaurants, namely the buffet restaurant "Market Flavor Yue·Market", the Chinese restaurant "Qingya" and the lobby bar "SociAbility Yilang". All restaurant menus are updated from time to time, and guests can find their own favorite flavors every time they visit. The infinity pool located on the top floor can overlook the city style of Taipei, and it is also a great landmark! The 24-hour gym has a great view of large floor-to-ceiling windows, and you can also feel the beauty of the city at will.
"I stayed at Hilton Taipei Sinban from July 2–7, 2025, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton property.
Pros: The hotel’s location is convenient, especially being close to the MRT line that connects to most tourist attractions. That part, I’m happy with.
Cons:
1. Service Disappointment: I arrived at midnight and was surprised to see a paper notice at check-in saying the hotel no longer provides single-use toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc.) since Jan 1, 2025. I don’t recall seeing this clearly stated on Trip.com when I booked, if it was there, it wasn’t obvious.
When I asked the receptionist, his response felt robotic and impatient. No attempt to explain nicely but just repeated the statement like a machine. It didn’t feel like Hilton-level hospitality at all.
2. Breakfast Quality: Honestly, I had a better experience at DoubleTree Hilton Johor Bahru, which is supposedly a lower-tier Hilton brand. The breakfast here was underwhelming with limited variety — not what you’d expect from a premium Hilton.
Overall, this property feels more like a 3.5-star hotel wearing a 5-star badge. It’s disappointing, especially for loyal Hilton guests."

"From surface seems ok till I took out my footwear I realized that the carpet isn’t dry. It is perfectly acceptable for the reason of green environment not to change towels and tidying the room but what about basic supplies like drinking water ?"

"We checked in K hotel for three nights. The first room we checked in was terrible. Room temperature is only 50 degree, the bathroom sink is not working. One side of the room no electricity , no wi fi connection. Rooms was noisy for whole night, didn’t sleep at all for whole night! Next. Morning Talk to front desk , they offered to change a new room. The 2nd room is a lot better.
Suggest K hotel do not put this kind of room on the list. It’s misleading
Good thing is they willing to change room for us"

"Location is not far from Metro and Taipei... Must take taxi to get Metro and then ~25 mins to get downtown 101 area. Hotel WiFi works well at ~ 27-28 Mbps steady and Ethernet port works. Building seems to have a lot of concrete and was hard to find room and areas in room, bwhere I could also use a SIM card hotspot signal that was fast enough (as a back up in event hotel WiFi failed).
Surrounding areas, not too much. But business park and Starbucks and Family Mart in North East 5-12 mins walk from hotel.
Staff very courteous and helpful. Room very nice. Heaters in each room. Quiet. Windows are think and don't open.

First, a very big thank you to all the best manners and excellent staff..from day 1 Yvonne, Louise, then Ms Yang, Cindy til Mr Masaki the last day.. they all are very friendly, helpful and very professional in their work. As we have to leave very early to the airport..without further words, Ms Yang was so meticulous enough to suggest Breakfast Bento ( attached is the nutritious 爱心bento ，thank you the kitchen staff for the preparation🙏 😍) and Mr Masaki handles our last minute request promptly in a professional way..The staff of Just Sleep Sanchong seem to know 读心术 & wil fulfill all your needs🥺😍. Second, even though the hotel is few years old but the room and all amenities are still in a very good condition. the comfortable bed, clean floor, good shower 👍 Real appreciate Mr Daniel for making up the rooms everyday and was very impressed by the sparkling clean toilet. Third, distance is not a problem at all as the Mrt station is just a few steps away..
