New Taipei City Hotels with Airport pickup service

”I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The pool was incredibly refreshing, with crystal clear water and a serene atmosphere. Perfect for a morning swim or relaxing in the afternoon. The gym was well-equipped with modern machines, clean, and spacious enough for a comfortable workout. The staff was also attentive and ensured everything was in top condition. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!”

I extended my stay with help of reception, they were very helpful. They do room cleaning every two days, the room was very clean and confortable. There’re also plenty shops in vicinity, great community. (Maybe next time I’ll try the breakfast!)

A supposedly 4 star hotel that delivers the bare minimum. Nothing to shout about, had an unobjectionable stay here in January this year and was happy with the location and relatively clean room so decided to book again for 5 nights for my recent trip. Regretted my decision as I felt that the service was lackluster. Upon entering the room we saw that the double bed was made up by 2 twin beds unlike our initial experience so we approached the front desk to enquire if a change was possible as we do not like the feel of the gap between the beds and the light switches were behind our pillows making the lights on/off if we were to even lightly lean on the headboard. The answer we got was that we should have indicated that request upon check in and it is a common process for hotels to join 2 twin beds and sell them as a double room. The front desk manager also said the check in rate was 98% that night. We then asked if we could have a change the next day and the reply was to come down and check again tmr. No effort to assist and instead all we felt was him trying the shift the blame to us when all we requested was a double bed when it is available. That left an extremely sour taste in our mouth. The next morning, I woke up with red bites on my arms, legs and torso, however my partner didn't had any so I did not relate it to the cleanliness of the room. The next 2 morning remained to be the same and we requested a change of room which we were given. The itchiness subsided after the change. The staff also passed a cream for itchness to me. But she mentioned it may be mosquito bites which I can tell it isn't as they are in clusters. Location was convenient for us as it is near the banqiao transfer station and there are food choices around the hotel as well as a few family marts.

Excellent stay in this hotel. Though it's not in Taipei City - It's located in Luzhou New Taipei, very convenient to travel around because there is an MRT on the ground floor. Shops and restaurants in the same building. The hotel itself is quiet, spacious and very clean. There is a laundry on the 8th floor with free laundry detergent. They clean the room everyday, and supply water and snacks for free. The toilet and bathroom are separate - the heated bidet is a bonus as well. We will definitely stay here again if in Taiwan.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The service is very good. The view is also nice. There have a service onsen on the 17th floor which is very convenient and clean. The location is a little bit far from the Metro take about 10 min to walk but they also have a bus stop in front of the hotel

I didn’t expect that it would be so difficult to book a hotel in Taipei for the Chinese New Year. If I wanted a reasonable price but also had to look around, I finally found the Yide Hotel, which is pretty good. It’s also close to my sister’s house. The service staff is very friendly and has a good attitude. The only drawback is the parking lot. The entrance and exit are so small. My car is larger and I have to drive carefully, 😅.

A hotel with high value for money. The floor I live on must have been newly renovated. The room and bed are very large. Although there is no window, the room is very bright and does not feel cramped at all. The most surprising thing is that the bathroom has its own steam room. Steaming after daily activities can relieve some fatigue. I heard that after the renovation of the hotel is completed, there will be a foot steaming and foot bath service on the ground floor! Only the air conditioner is too powerful! I turned off the air conditioner and felt cold. The waiters are very kind and friendly.

室內空間算可以，但走道只有在床邊一點點的空間造成走動非常不方便，早餐也還沒有恢復餐廳用餐，不過至少有將早餐送到手上，不用自己再走出去；晚餐的地方離商旅有點距離。 缺點: 1.房間走道太窄，無法自由走動 2.沒有恢復餐廳用餐，但有將早餐送到房間 3.商旅附近的用餐選擇太遠。 4.房間沒有菸味(這太重要了) 好處: 1.離捷運新莊站出口近。 2.櫃台可以幫忙叫計程車 3.房務主管認真，當天有反應浴室不清潔的問題，該主管馬上帶清潔人員來處理；並致上一個小禮物致歉。

The hotel room is clean and spacious. It is close to the MRT station and has convenient transportation.  The hotel is in an inner street, with residential buildings nearby, so it's very quiet. I will choose this hotel again next time I go to Taipei.

The room was very clean and bright. A family of four stayed in the family room. The food was good. The price was acceptable in the city.
