"Room is quite large than expect, the hotel has onsen and fitness room but it open at 2 pm which is a little bit weird for people who want to exercise in the morning, some amenities have to ask in the front desk. But over all is ok. The price for new year period is ridiculous expensive even the hotel is very far from the city, anyway you can get the bus in front the hotel and there is 7-11 next to."

"Let me start with the advantages. Guests can use the underground parking lot for free. The double room is large, the bed is very comfortable, there are many TV channels, and there are welcome snacks. The downside is that the air conditioning in the room had problems when we checked in. It was very cold, and the service staff couldn't handle it. They pushed the electric heater over, but it didn't work very well. And because we had children living with us, we were afraid they might get burned, so we returned it after using it once. We reported the situation to the service staff again and asked to change rooms. The service staff agreed to change rooms, but actually said that it might still be just as cold. I personally think that this way of expression is not appropriate, so we asked that the air conditioning in the changed room must be normal. Finally, after the service staff accompanied us to confirm that there was no problem with the changed room, we changed rooms. Everything returned to normal and we could relax and rest."

"This is our second time visiting this hotel. The room was aged, with poor sound insulation. Sound from drainage pipe was frequently heard. Hot spring was good but crowded due to the coldest weather. It is good to come in Spring / autumn. But differently not in Winter."

"Koreans, try the hot springs here! The water is slippery and magical. The water was really good. An Uber from Wulai to Xindian Station costs about 30,000 won, and the location is great for walking along the old road. Uber wasn't easy to find in the early mornings in Wulai, but I did have breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast was so-so. If you're not used to Chinese food, I recommend Western food! The public hot springs are separated into men's and women's baths, and the water and temperature are well-managed. I was very satisfied! On the other hand, the facilities are not cost-effective. It's hard to call it a double room with a river view, and the view is a bit stuffy... I think it's because the building itself is low. And the room didn't feel very clean. The hot spring bathroom only has a shower, no toilet. ㅠㅠ So if you need to go to the bathroom after soaking in the hot springs, you end up going back and forth while wet, which inevitably wets the carpet in your room. Even with a window facing the bathroom, the moisture doesn't escape very well. Considering that, it's okay."

"Had a wonderful experience staying at the Yun Hotel with my kids. This was probably one of my most relaxing staycations as we stayed in the Water Room with the hot spring and sizable living room. The front desk had an English speak gentlemen that took care of our check in, and described all the things we could do at the hotel. This place is very kid friendly with a dedicated play room on the second floor, and a mini race track with high end electric cars for the kids to drive. There's also a snacks, arts n crafts, and a movie theatre all on the ground floor. The people staffing all these venues were all very helpful and professional. Our morning breakfast was delivered on time and so delicious. There was so much food, 3 people could not finish the 2 sets. Can't wait to visit again during the next holiday!"

"The hotel has all the facilities that the hotel should have, but the only regret is that there are less choices in the morning meal, and the drinks only have milk and soy milk. "ประทับใจมาก โรงแรมหาง่ายอยู่ทางเข้าตลาดเลย ทำเลดีมาก หิวก็ลงมาหาไรกินเล่นได้เลย ทางไปล้อบบี้จะมีลิฟต์ทางขึ้นให้ไม่ต้องขึ้นบันได แต่ห้องพักขึ้น-ลงบันไดไปนิดหน่อยประมาณ10ขั้น พาคุณแม่อายุ70ไป เดินขึ้นไม่ยากค่ะ แล้วบรรยากาศดีมากเหมือนอยู่ในเขา ช่วงที่ไปเป็นช่วงฤดูหนาวอากาศประมาณ9องศา ได้แช่น้ำร้อนprivateด้วยดีสุดๆๆๆไปเลย ซึ่งจะแช่น้ำร้อนต้องโทรแจ้งพนง. แปบเดียวเค้าก็เปิดน้ำเข้าอ่างให้เลยประมาณไม่ถึง10นาทีน้ำก็เต็มค่ะ มีอาหารเย็นเป็นหม้อไฟอร่อยมากแนะนำเซ็ตเนื้อ อร่อยสุดๆ เนื้อสไลด์ดีมาก แล้วผักให้เยอะมากเต็มหม้อ มีข้าวให้อีก น้ำดื่มฟรีบริการตัวเอง อิ่มจนกลิ้งกลับห้อง รร.ให้ฝากกระเป๋าได้ อยากกลับไปอีกครั้งหากมีโอกาส"
