nice hotel, hotspring bath was excellent - one with hot and one with cold water. the view from the balcony was great. after hotspring, we sit on the balcony to drink hot tea and enjoy the view. at night, there are many birds making sound and it was so pleasant to hear it, cannot have the same in the city. the experience was excellent! the breakfast was so-so. the rest was great!

Good place and view, the location is on the other mountain side but have pick-up service from the main station.

Check in is at 16:00, fen at reception upgraded our room to a Mountain View, room was clean, it was a good size with 2 tubs (cold & hot) , had a balcony & a small fridge, a little bit far from old town wulai but they have a shuttle that can take you for ntd 150/way, staff was really helpful and very hospitable, they definitely go the extra mile to accommodate your needs and requests, thank you to Ling & Fen, you guys made our stay extra comfortable.

The facilities were very good, with two large bathtubs and a nice shower. The view of the mountains and the old town was beautiful. The breakfast was very comprehensive with both Western and Asian style breakfast available.

The room itself was great - clean, big hot tub, great view and balcony. A little hard to get to and from the town without driving, hotel felt a little rundown, but not the room at all.

However, it is suitable for self-driving tours. There is a hotel car pick-up. The air quality is good. Stay in room 307, there are two great bathing pools, one cold and one hot! Dinner costs NT$299. The hotpot was just average.

The room is average, the soundproofing is not very good, the bathtub is super large, it is recommended to add a handle to prevent the elderly and children from slipping, the view is very good, you can see the beautiful mountain view when you wake up and feel very relaxed

This place is a little far from the old street, but closer to Taiche Waterfall. The room is old and the air conditioning equipment has no heating function. I went there after the New Year holiday and the weather was still a bit cold. It was a bit uncomfortable without heating. The bathroom has a large bathing space, the soup is good, the service staff is friendly, and the auntie in the kitchen is very considerate and will ask if you want to add side dishes or something.

The hotel may be built in the mountains so there is no elevator. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs. The door is not airtight and cold wind keeps coming in. Although I asked the hotel for an extra quilt, I still felt very cold all night. The corners of the room were not clean. The bathroom was very large, but the exhaust fan was very noisy. There was no place to hang towels in the bathroom, which was a little inconvenient.

I arrived late on the first day. The room and hot spring pool were large, the balcony was spacious, and the scenery was pleasant. On the second day, I visited Wulai Waterfall, Yunxian Paradise, and Wulai Old Street. I spent a comfortable day holiday. Remember to buy drinks before returning to the hotel. Snacks, because the nearest convenience store near the hotel is ten minutes away!

The facilities are pretty good. The hot spring bathtub is very big. I stayed for two nights. There was a problem with the hot water motor on the first night, but it was quickly repaired. The boss personally took the hotel to Wulai Old Street and was very welcoming.
