Paid a lot for it, stayed with my wife and we had to ask for two toothbrush and slippers. The locker was not working, the shoe polish wasn't able to open, TV channels were mostly non existent and most importantly the water was only hot. No cold water to wash face. Staff was helpful but why let the guests go through the pain if you're taking 8k per day?

Old hotel but still good and breakfast is good, room is kinda old but still have smoking room is helpful for stay, good and polite staff, main new Delhi heart of Delhi and parliament street

The hotel is outdated. Very good location. The breakfast choices are good. The dinner buffet is good. The room was outdated, humid and with a terrible mouldy smell. Cleanliness was very poor. Very pricey for what’s offered. We were overall disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic—everything you could need is within walking distance, making it perfect for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every part of my visit was smooth and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of options that catered to different tastes. While the decor could use a bit of a refresh, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. All in all, a very good stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others.

Front office staff - from Concierge , Check in Staff ( Santhosi , Sagar) were pleasant .

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided during my recent stay at The Park Hotel. Despite the establishment’s five-star rating, my experience fell significantly short of expectations. Upon arrival with my family, we encountered our first issue: a delayed check-in. Although our reservation confirmed a 2 PM check-in time, we were only able to access our rooms at 5 PM. This three-hour delay was not only inconvenient but also set a negative tone for our stay. Furthermore, the condition of the rooms was unsatisfactory. The furniture was notably worn and damaged, which is not acceptable for a hotel of your supposed caliber. Additionally, I observed front office staff struggling to manage their duties under pressure. At one point, there were arguments between staff members in view of guests, which is highly unprofessional and uncomfortable for those witnessing it. Given these experiences, I regret to say that I cannot recommend The Park Hotel to others seeking a pleasant and stress-free trip. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve the quality of service for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The hotel is under renovation process but the staff is very helpful especially Mr Shabad at the reception counter. My stay was pleasant & happy. Would recommend the hotel.

Location is perfect. 1km away from New Delhi train station and 300m from metro station . But property old renovation is required. Rooms are very daisy look

This hotel was undergoing major refurbishment during my 3 days stay. Upon check it @ around 6.30pm when I went into my room the banging was prevalent. I was assured the noise would stop immediately. But it went on for another 15 minutes. I was then told that I would be shifted to a lower floor the next day where the noise would be less. This they did. I do not think I would be desperate to return to this hotel. The price I paid was not worth it.

Lot of noise and bit old. Never buy from the restaurant, expensive but not nice

Booked for one king size bed and one single bed but when checked in they provided room with king size bed only. When enquired they said they will install additional bedding and that bedding is hardly adjusted to the room. When booked they show a photo of two permanent beds on the website. I think they degraded me at the time of checkin. So not happy with the room.
