Check-in staff (a young student who works night shift) is very friendly, and help us get rid of our airport taxi driver who tried to ask for extra charges (foreigner entrance fee, which is actually a toll fee to be paid by the taxi driver). The room is comfortable and with pyramid view from our balcony room and rooftop restaurant. A great place to stay as it’s right outside the pyramid entrance ticket counter.

They came to me to charge as TV screen damaged or broken however it was baby hand marks / marks which completely gone after glass cleaner! The GM and all staff were amazed how it cleaned! Simply the staff was unprofessional and wanted to looking for an opportunity to charge some money to their customer however there was no issue talk all. All their staff was speechless when the the TV screen was supposed simply cleaned with a glass cleaner.

The location is super great. The hotel is located in front of the gate on the Sphinx side of the pyramids. There is a ticket booth diagonally in front of the hotel, and there is nothing blocking the view on the terrace, so you can watch the night show while eating here. The room is clean and spacious. The servers at the restaurant are very kind. The food is not expensive for a hotel, so we ate here. You need to make a reservation to eat on the rooftop, but the view from the lowest terrace (no reservation required) is better because there is nothing blocking the view. The only drawback is that the water pressure in the shower is so weak that it is the weakest I have ever experienced overseas, and I was worried about whether I could wash my feet. Also, the drainage is poor, so my feet get wet every time I use the toilet afterwards. However, the location and the view are good, so I am satisfied.

The view of the pyramids and the Sphinx from the rooftop is great. The ticket booth on the Sphinx side is diagonally in front, which is convenient. However, the ticket booths are not very friendly, so there is a line, so it is more convenient to buy tickets online.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. It was very loud. The room did have a window, but it was unfortunately directly behind a wall. There seems to be a rubbish bin in between. The people were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very simple but sufficient. We left a day early, where the owner told us that we would be reimbursed for the day via Trip.com. Unfortunately, it was just talk. Overall, unfortunately, completely different to what was described.

The room received is not as shown in the picture. Booked 3 beds with a balcony. But crammed into a room with a window that opened to see the wall of the house next door Came to check in and waited early in the morning. When I asked for a room, I was told there was no room. If this is the case You can reserve the cheapest room. The staff in front of the counter just said that they couldn't do anything, very bad, deceptive, not up to the mark, intended to open a room with a balcony to chill with a view of the pyramids. ...Let's go to another hotel. On the other side, you have a view of the pyramids. The view is much better. The rooms are cheaper and clean too. Argue and shirk responsibility.

Next to the pyramid, you can clearly see the pyramid, and there is a pyramid light show at night. The hotel needs to bring its own slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. Facilities: Relatively old. Hygiene: The hotel's hygiene is passable, and it's a mess once you step out of the hotel door. Environment: Mainly for the pyramids, because it is next to the scenic spot and a bit noisy. Service: I didn't ask for any additional services. Generally speaking, all requests will be met. The hotel's breakfast does not have many types. Just eat enough. I recommend fried eggs, so you have to tell the waiter.

The room was OK, quite clean, and the location was good. There was a light show in the Sphinx Pyramid scenic area from 7-8pm in the hotel rooftop restaurant, so you can watch it while eating. Some rooms in the hotel have balconies, and some have inner windows facing the patio. The introduction was not clear, and I didn't know what to do.

Very bad experience. There is a bar next to the room. It was noisy until midnight and started to noisy again at 6 am. I couldn't sleep well. What's more outrageous is that the hotel agreed to check out one day in advance, but Ctrip said that it couldn't contact the hotel and the local agent. The room fee has not been refunded for four days! Ctrip customer service contacted me many times, and each time a different person said the same thing, but the problem could not be solved! It is recommended that overseas hotels should not be booked through Ctrip. The service ability is very poor.

Don't book any high-priced room types. They will always be the lowest-end rooms when you arrive at the store. Just book the cheapest room type. I complained to Ctrip and the price difference was refunded to me. If you don’t believe it, please comment.

The location is very close to the Sphinx. There are many shops within walking distance. If you are not used to Egyptian food, there is also KFC. The room is slightly small, the equipment is slightly old, the terrace of the restaurant is good, the breakfast is acceptable, most of them are Egyptian salads, and there are few hot foods.
