"The hotel was in a good location as we were visiting family who live nearby. Nice outlook over the water. The room was perfectly adequate for the time we were there but I suggest that the bedding could be updated with a more modern duvet. Toothbrush and paste and comb were provided along with body soap, shampoo and conditioner. Coffee and tea were available at any time. Japanese breakfast was provided but it was identical for the three days we were there - some variety would have been appreciated. A basic English breakfast of toast, jam and fruit could have been offered catering more to the taste of foreign tourists. The reception team were very helpful with translations on their phone. The flight of stairs with a suitcase was somewhat daunting!"

The Awa Odori, which is performed every night from 8:40 PM, provided a great opportunity to experience the culture of this region, and there were also experiences such as seaweed picking and dyeing. For dinner, I had a buffet at 彩, and the tuna dissection show was a feast for the eyes as well as the taste. In addition, I really liked the fact that this accommodation actively made efforts to practice a sustainable environment, such as installing recycling bins in the rooms. If I come to Tokushima again, I would like to stay at this hotel."
