Narita Tobu Hotel Airport Reviews

Although you can walk quite easily to this hotel in about 20 minutes, the road layout is confusing, so I’d recommend using the free shuttle bus. This is a good hotel that is also used by airline cabin crew so it has to maintain certain standards. The breakfast is good value for money, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. Nearby there are a few shops and restaurants within walking distance too.

good location and hotel for a transit stay, closest airport to narita. possible to walk to terminal 2 and 3 but if carrying heavy and bulky luggage, suggest to take the airport to hotel shuttle bus.

It has 4 beds for family with two children like us.. and the free bus to airport make it convenient 👍👍

Great location, very close to the airport, bus provided from and to the airport. Room is big enough for 3 guests. Buffet is available for dinner.

Near Narita Airport with shuttle bus, shuttle bus very on time

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be very conveniently located near the airport, which was a major plus. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was incredibly helpful and made our travel much easier. However, the room's facilities were quite dated and not properly maintained. The air conditioning panel did not work as expected, making the room uncomfortably hot and stuffy. We had to request an electric standing fan to make the room bearable, which was quite disappointing. On a positive note, the hotel does offer a free shuttle service to a nearby mall, which was a nice touch and added some convenience to our stay. Overall, while the location and shuttle services were great, the condition of the room left much to be desired.

location is very near to Narita terminal 3. there’s shuttle bus service to and fro outside terminal 3. (photos fyi) room is definitely clean and big enough for all your last minute packing of luggage before flight. we got some instant food for the night and early morning next day. good choice for stayover before an early flight.

Close to airport and good for transit Room is big, but the pillow just too soft and flat very hard to sleep. Sound proof not too good. But overall worth to stay for transit needed

The location of the hotel was perfect when you landed in narita terminal 3, a few minutes walk going to hotel, the room was so clean and so big for the two people, the place was so clean, and the amenities was totally complete, shops, Restaurant, ***** store and pool
