It's in a great location, halfway between JR and Keisei Narita Station and has many convenience stores.
The facilities are about the standard for a traditional business hotel, but I liked the comfortable bed and the light comforter (they also provide extra blankets for those who are cold).
What bothered me was the smell when I entered the room. It wasn't a bad smell, but it was just a little unpleasant. Japanese people are sensitive to smells, after all.

I would like some cleaning supplies. The bath is a little moldy. There was hair in the sink. There were chairs and desks, which was convenient.
