"This is my second time staying here. I'm staying alone, so I chose this place because I wanted a place to sleep and a well-equipped shared space. The cabins are for women only, so I was able to sleep peacefully, I was able to relax in the hot stone bath while reading manga until late into the night, and the fact that meals can be eaten inside the building was a big plus. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity."

"Although the small room I booked is only 11 square meters. But the hotel is very close to the tram station. After exiting Shin-Narashino Station, turn right and walk straight for about 3 minutes. The transportation is very convenient. There are English-speaking staff at the front desk, and the check-in process is not troublesome. The hotel environment is also very good. Clean and odorless. "The location is very easy to find. As soon as you leave the south exit of Keisei Tsudanuma Station and go down the stairs, you can see Kōban (police station). The building behind Kōban is the entrance to the hotel. The breakfast is very Japanese-style, mainly Japanese food, with fish and sashimi as the main focus. The miso soup is so good that even the Japanese praise it for being delicious. Most of the guests staying here are Japanese."

"It was clean, and the bathtub was very pleasant to soak in. The room was spacious enough and there was an ironing board, a large desk and a TV so I could relax. There was also an air purifier. The hanger rack next to the door takes up very little space, but there was also a place to hang coats in the room so it wasn't a problem. Check-in and check-out were smooth via machine."

"It’s an older motel with front of house staff that have been working in the hospitality industry for a while. I arrived before the check in time (3pm ~), I was checked in just before 3pm which I didn’t expect. Courteous, friendly staff. Breakfast was included in the 2 night stay - it was a simple Japanese meal that was easy sustenance - free servings of rice and soup. The staff made it a homely atmosphere with constant attention to guests asking them if they wanted more of what was available. Room 720 faced the busy Highway but also had a great view that included sky tree. I could open the large single pane window and thought it was a unique point. Cleaning staff were mainly foreign, all young and polite also. They knocked on doors to ask if rubbish needed removing and rooms cleaned. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on 10F or the public bath and sauna - maybe next time. suggestions: (1) housekeeping: a quick dusting by cleaning staff (feather duster if not wet tissues) - the hotel is clean and even though it isn’t a 5 star hotel it makes a difference. The feather duster can easily reach corners of drawers and tables. Bathroom air filters can easily be cleaned with wet tissues. (2) room cards for cleaning- more specific than a don’t disturb card. it will save time for housekeepers as they knock on room doors to ask if rooms need to be cleaned. They can focus on cleaning and do a better job on a hotel that has been kept going for a while."

"1. 도쿄 외각(동부쪽)인 미나미 후나바시&후나바시 케이바조 역 근처 위치 (나리타 국제공항에서 직행 코스 존재) 2. 시설: 코 앞 편의점 1개, 주변부 대형 마트같은 곳 있긴 함 / 숙소는 생각보다 깨끗하나, 투숙객 예약 시기가 텀이 있는지, 책상 & 주방(식기류, 커피 포트 등) 신경 안 쓰면 먼지 쌓이는 곳에는 전혀 청소가 되지 않은 것이 있음.(일회용품이 구비되어 있긴하나 종류가 많진 않음.) 3. 2번의 단점이 존재하나, 생각보다 아늑하며 성인 남성 3명이서도 충분히 있을 만함. (개인적으로 침대 매트리스가 단단해서 좋았음) 4. 디즈니랜드만 가는 일정이면 해당 숙소는 생각 외로 추천할 만한 곳임."
