Nice stay! Good location with nice restaurants and bars around. 20 minutes walk to train station Napoli Centrale. Reception is very helpful and friendly.

We loved the Santa Chiara. We arrived late at night and it was a little hard to find, but I guess that is all part of the charm! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely and the location is unbeatable for the Centro Storico area. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The location is right smack in the historic centre but is down an alley so is hard to find as we arrived late at night. The check in is also a prob as they contacted us separately to get our hp no via email and we had to whatsapp our passport to them which we felt uncomfortable as there was no one at the hotel to check you in. Lastly they were missing a pillow when we checked out prob due to their own housekeeping issues but they were asking if we took the pillow which is ridiculous as we were on a one day trip from rome and only carried 1 smallest bagpack totally unable to fit any pillow. They shld have checked the cctv or questioned their housekeeping before asking the guest. Who takes pillow at this day and age really!

Awesome place, the location is the old town (actually very safe). Yes, the taxi driver will tell me ”very good” hotel. On the first day of arrival, an old grandfather also gave an online interview in the restaurant. Get to know a couple of good friends. I exchanged an English novel. I met the young lady who lived here from birth to walk her dog upstairs. Say goodbye to Grandma, who is downstairs, every morning. Everything is beautiful. I arrived after 7 o'clock, there was no obvious sign at the gate after arriving, the grandmother was off work, but it was right to see the picture, you can WhatsApp they come to open the door :) Contact in advance after booking, it will be better to understand the service time ～

Bang in the heart of not just the charming old centre but right on the block where the street partying takes place till the early mornings of the weekends. But no noise pollution due to the small boutique hotel being on the (very high!) fourth floor of the old building that has its entrance in the courtyard off the street. We traveled with our two sons (17 and 10) and it worked but wouldn’t stay with our younger daughters there due to the unconventionality of the accommodation: No public areas or services, just straight up rooms (only six of them all in the one corridor off the reception) which are fitted in modern and marbled design. Room no 3 is spacious with a nice four poster bed, no 1 is less so but both still had room for a bidet in the all tiled bathrooms which has an LED light feature in the shower! Both also have a French balcony: from room 3 you can view the Vesuvius Mountain. Theres a price listed minibar and my husband really liked the mattress Reception is not 24h but communication was very good and personal through WhatsApp. I was looking forward to the roof terrace but it was bare and unused serving merely as a panorama lookout point. Not to worry, the most important thing for us was that the hotel was clean and had some form of luxury for the night we stayed in Napoli!

The hotel is very well located in the centre of Naples.

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic, gave the map and talked about the main tourist area in Napoli. The internal hygiene of the hotel was good and the cleaning was very clean. The bathroom that is not in the room is the largest in the few that have lived. The breakfast provided has multiple choices, very rich, and fresh fruit. The only problem is that the location of the hotel is a dilapidated alley close to the main street. The door is not very easy to find if you accidentally miss it. Had a very happy day in Napo hahaha
