The hotel is small but cozy. Bed linen, towels are all new. It is located right next to the train station. The elevator is paid, be prepared to pay 20 cents. Not very lucky with the neighbors. Sono stata 4 giorni a Napoli con mio padre e ho prenotato in questo B&B attratta dal prezzo competitivo e dalle foto della camera. Fino a qua andava tutto bene, anche perché le foto erano veritiere e la camera non presentava grosse problematiche. Il problema è la struttura in sé, in quanto fatiscente, mal tenuta, sporca e frequentata da persone poco raccomandabili. Come ho visto la zona sottostante ho telefonato alla proprietaria scusandomi e dicendole che non avrei alloggiato neanche per una notte lì in quanto non mi sentivo sicura! Lei ha capito subito a cosa mi riferissi ed stata molto gentile nei modi… il problema è che non ha voluto rimborsarmi le 3 notti pagate in quanto è la loro politica. Non discuto su questo perché l avevo letto, ma avrebbe potuto fare un eccezione visto che la camera non è mai stata occupata e aveva la possibilità di affittarla da subito ad altre persone! Poteva venirmi in contro e rimborsarmi almeno metà dell importo! In ogni caso lo sconsiglio vivamente… è veramente una brutta zona!

Hotel in posizione strategica, massima cortesia e disponibilità dei receptionist anche oltre l’orario previsto. Camera e spazi comuni molto puliti e moderni. Consigliato ! (Unica pecca lo stabile e l’ascensore a pagamento, e ovviamente la sera è una zona un po’ particolare)

A due passi dalla stazione centrale, camera pulita, disponibilità di climatizzatore, bagno piccolo ma funzionale, la localizzazione non infonde "sicurezza" soprattutto notturna come nei dintorni di tutte le grandi stazioni ma la posizione è strategica per la vicinanza con la stazione

Non prenotate questa struttura in quanto il titolare è di un menefreghismo imbarazzante oltre che in malafede. Prenoto tramite app agoda con un certo anticipo una camera per ieri sera, necessito di una sola notte perché ho un volo serale di rientro da Santorini, il sito è chiaro, per il check oltre le 21 è previsto un supplemento e a me sta bene, la prenotazione non prevede cancellazione. Ieri da Santorini, contatto il titolare per comunicare l’orario del mio arrivo alle 23, per tutta risposta mi dice che non è possibile ospitarmi perché il check in chiude alle 21. Spiegò la situazione, ricordando che sul sito era scritto a chiare lettere della possibilità di check in oltre orario con pagamento supplemento, ma il titolare nega. Gli spiego di trovarmi all’estero e di avere difficoltà a prenotare, ma lui, con fare sufficiente mi dice che non può farci nulla, di contattare agoda e di farmi rimborsare, ne segue una serie di mail e una telefonata in cui spiego le mie difficoltà ma a lui non importa un fico secco. Per fortuna riesco a trovare altra struttura nella stessa zona e contatto Agoda che dopo una serie infinita di mail, conferma che in fase di prenotazione era realmente previsto il supplemento che invece è stato negato dal tipo, quindi nonostante la mia prenotazione fosse non rimborsabile, verrò rimborsata.
