Super! The staff is friendly and the rooms are nice. Location is excellent!

The hotel is small but cozy. Bed linen, towels are all new. It is located right next to the train station. The elevator is paid, be prepared to pay 20 cents. Not very lucky with the neighbors. All evening they walked around slamming doors and shouting. In the morning, just as early, noise was heard from the street. A code is required for check-in.

A bit noisy but convenient. The hot water is unstable and relatively clean. Ordinary.

I spent 4 days in Naples with my father and booked this B&B attracted by the competitive price and the photos of the room. Up to this point everything was fine, also because the photos were truthful and the room did not present any major problems. The problem is the structure itself, as it is dilapidated, poorly maintained, dirty and frequented by unsavory people. As soon as I saw the area below, I called the owner, apologizing and telling her that I would not stay even for one night there as I did not feel safe! She immediately understood what I was referring to and was very kind in her manner... the problem is that she did not want to refund me the 3 nights paid as it is their policy. I do not argue about this because I had read it, but she could have made an exception since the room was never occupied and she had the possibility of renting it immediately to other people! She could have come to my aid and refunded me at least half the amount! In any case, I strongly advise against it... it is truly a bad area!

Do not book this property as the owner is embarrassingly indifferent as well as dishonest. I booked a room for last night via the Agoda app well in advance, I only need one night because I have an evening flight back from Santorini, the site is clear, there is a supplement for checking in after 9pm and I am fine with that, the reservation does not allow cancellation. Yesterday from Santorini, I contacted the owner to communicate my arrival time at 11pm, in response he told me that it was not possible to host me because check in closes at 9pm. He explained the situation, reminding me that the site clearly stated that late check in was possible with a supplement, but the owner denied it. I explained to him that I was abroad and had difficulty booking, but he, with a smug manner, told me that he could not do anything about it, to contact Agoda and get a refund, a series of emails and a phone call followed in which I explained my difficulties but he didn't give a damn. Luckily I manage to find another structure in the same area and contact Agoda who after an endless series of emails, confirms that during the booking phase the supplement was actually foreseen which instead was denied by the guy, therefore despite my booking being non-refundable, I will be refunded. Proof that the owner is a liar

Cozy and spacious room, convenient because it is very close to the central station, decent value for money, we were able to easily visit everything that was of interest to us on foot. Friendly and welcoming staff, we will be back.

Bed and Breakfast = Bed and Breakfast. BED: its presence does not give the right to receive a good review... if by bed we mean a very uncomfortable mattress, pillows so thin that not having them would have been the same and a completely broken bed frame that regularly had to be fixed. BREAKFAST: non-existent. Of course one doesn't have to investigate, when choosing the structure, whether breakfast exists given that it is a B&B, but in any case when checking in online it clearly indicates: "Treatment: breakfast". But maybe..... it's better that there wasn't. For the rest... what can we add to what has already been said by those who have had a terrible experience? I confirm everything. Palace in total decay and decay. Entrance door with broken glass, so much so that we didn't even use the key to open it, exposed electrical cables, dirty stairs and landings, empty fire extinguisher containers, primitive PAYMENT lift, non-existent staff. In the room we had to leave the stuff in the suitcases because there was no place to put it (apart from a rod in the wall with dusty hangers). In the room we also had to keep things for the bathroom because in this too, apart from the sink, there was no support to place them. I wonder: but if something had happened in the building, like... a fire, someone entering the building, how would it have ended?

Far below any expectations. Very old building and poor services. Let's start with the negative aspects and then we will also see the good aspects. We arrive, pay the tourist tax and take possession of the room. I hit the shin of my leg two or three times on the broken bed frame... I sit on the mattress and... the sound of springs. I try to lie down and the bed creaks and I understand that it will be difficult to sleep. Meanwhile my wife finds hair on the sheets and pillows. Let's get this sorted out and we can move on. Upon leaving we ask for information on breakfast and are told that the property does not include breakfast (clearly indicated at the time of booking)... Having said that, I am confused. A B&B should have rest and breakfast as its elements... this one has neither... It's just a good base in the city centre. After all, not bad. In Naples, good breakfast is never a problem. And we first needed a point of support. The positive aspects are in the punctuality of the services (of those present, of course) such as clean towels and the tidiness of the room, in the very central position from which to reach everything related to Naples. Please give me some advice to the managers of the facility: PUT SOME MONEY ON IT, the 80s are long gone and today the needs for comfort are different, it's not enough to have free wifi or a keypad on the doors, there he also wants a good mattress and a promise kept. If it claims to be a B&B, it wouldn't be bad to also express its properties. Returning to Naples, I will evaluate the reviews relating to the paradise group differently and will go to stay somewhere else.

An old dilapidated building, it immediately conveys insecurity and we would never have let our daughters move unless accompanied. Excellent location for an American detective story from the 70s, it conveys all the neglect of the years. The room was nice but overall dirty and unkept. The hasty, discreet cleaning of the bathroom fixtures and shower, leaving aside the state of the bottom of the toothbrush holder and the hair on the edges of the floor. Basic cleanliness is also lacking, for example a rather dirty white lacquered bathroom door. I would like to point out that these are things that catch the eye of anyone who takes care of their home on a daily basis, even if they are not hospitality professionals.

Hotel in posizione strategica, massima cortesia e disponibilità dei receptionist anche oltre l’orario previsto. Camera e spazi comuni molto puliti e moderni. Consigliato ! (Unica pecca lo stabile e l’ascensore a pagamento, e ovviamente la sera è una zona un po’ particolare)
