Best Western JFK Hotel - Photo Gallery

A very nice hotel with very convenient transportation. The hotel is near the station of L9 and L2. 24 hours front counter. All staff are very kind and helpful. This hotel offers very nice Italian style breakfast. The food is in very good quality.

In no universe is this a 4 star hotel. The hallways are disgusting, the rooms smell horrible, there are giant stains everywhere and the showers are covered in mold. At 3 in the morning the hallway outside our room was swarming with police that was banging on someone's door, so you can imagine the kind of people that stay here. In all my life I've never had to leave a hotel because of how dirty and unsafe it was, until I spent a night at this dump. If the area around the hotel didn't feel so shady at night, we would have left and found another place right away. When we checked out the next morning, we asked the receptionist for the rest of our money back, as we wouldn't be staying for the entire week we've paid for, at which point he just laughed and said that we've already paid through booking and he wasn't gonna give us any money back. Horrible place, shady area, nasty employees. Stay far away from this place and spend your money somewhere else.

Unfortunately, the stay in this hotel was disappointing. The rooms are incredibly small, to the point that moving around inside is uncomfortable, especially if you have luggage. The narrow spaces give a feeling of suffocation, and the basic furniture does not help to make the environment more welcoming, I had to work by putting the notebook on the bed. Furthermore, the poor soundproofing makes it difficult to rest, as you can hear noises coming from neighboring rooms and the corridor. From a four-star hotel, I definitely expected better. I would not recommend it to those looking for comfort and a minimum of space to relax.

Hostile reception. This is what we found as soon as we arrived! At the reception a man named Antonio welcomed us in a provocative and despotic manner. Nothing to say about the structure, the three stars are well given. Strategic position for those who love going to the stadium to watch Napoli. Given how warm and welcoming the city is, whoever welcomes you to this hotel is not the heart of Naples that I know!
