Hotel facilities and decorations are out of our expectation! A very stylish and newly furnished hotel. Breakfast was served on the top floor with choice of outdoor sitting, food quality and choices are excellent. Super comfy beds and room size just good. Location is a bit far from city center and around 10-15 min walk to the waterfront or central Chiara. But the stay did compensate the extra walk especially if you want to stay away from the crowds. A well deserved 5 star hotel and worth the price!

The worst room I stayed in, the supplies and facilities were three-star level. And don’t be deceived by the pictures. The location is not good either. The hotel sheets are so hard that they cut your skin.

The hotel is in a great location, especially after the renovation, the room has a strong sense of design, large space, clean and tidy, complete items, and warm and friendly service staff. Standing on the balcony of the room, the sea and sky are one color. The restaurant on the top floor has a wide view and rich desserts. I accidentally saw a seagull resting outside the window and pacing on the windowsill. It cooperated with me to take pictures, which added a bit of fun. I drank an extra cup of coffee ☕ I especially like the guy in charge of the restaurant that day, the service was patient and thoughtful!

The deluxe sea view king bed room booked is 30 square meters. After arriving at the store, we were given a room of 20 square meters, the most common room type. Choose this hotel carefully! Naples is truly an amazing city. It's confusing and unreliable. When taking a taxi, you're basically not charged according to the meter. After the ride is over, you'll almost always be charged for various issues. After staying one night, we quickly fled to Sorrento. . . What's even more outrageous is that three days after leaving the store, I discovered that the deposit deducted from my credit card had not been refunded. . . It is not recommended to stay in this horrible hotel.

Really Speechless, staying in a room worth hundreds of euros for one night, the hotel is actually worried that we can't afford the meal fee of 116 euros. If you just go to the ancient city of Pompeii, you can call a taxi back and forth at the entrance of the hotel, and wait in Pompeii for two hours at a cost of 100 Euros. It is best to ask a tour guide at the door to visit the ancient city of Pompeii. The tour guide here is very professional, and the explanation is detailed and serious. It costs 150 euros once, which is very worthwhile.
