One of the best service received in Italy. The gentleman named Biagio went above and beyond in meeting our needs. I'll 100% recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Naples, Italy very centralized and surrounded by all the high end stores

I could not recommend Agra Suites highly enough. Biagio provided the best service i have ever received. Everything i needed was provided and more. The location is perfect and tbe room is beautiful. If i ever come to Naples again, i will 100% be staying here!!!!!

Biagio was great. A really nice location!

The hotel was not easy to find. It took me a long time to find it. It was behind a hotel and it felt like it was in a community. Only after the hotel staff came down did I find it. There is a square at the door and many luxury stores. The room is small, the bathroom is very good, the sound insulation is a bit poor, and the balcony has no view. Check-in after 20:00 requires a fee of 25 euros, and the service is okay.

The hotel has a very good location, right in the center, everything is close. The hotel is new, clean, private. Very friendly staff with perfect English
