"In the past, Trip.com booked hotels, always the default praise, never made comments. This time I really have to say two words. Originally, I booked a business room, but the front desk arranged a big bed room for me, the price is different. After entering, I found this problem and called the front desk to confirm, and then asked me to come down and change the room. The front desk didn't even have an apology. I drank myself that night. I remembered to pour a cup of boiling water in the early morning. It was a bit cold to wear a lingerie. I actually found that the air conditioner could not be turned on. I called the front desk and said that because the weather was now mild, the air conditioner in the whole hotel was turned off. Really speechless, stayed in so many times the hotel encountered such a hotel service for the first time."

"Traveling with elderly children, I received an upgrade call on the road, very pleasantly surprised! There are fruits every day, the hotel is full of design and very fashionable. The upgraded parent-child room also has a only terrace, but you can't open the window to sleep at night. The sound of the exhaust pipe outside is a bit loud. "I went to Nanyang, Henan Province to visit friends and travel for five days in December 2024. I booked a deluxe king-bed room for 5 nights on Ctrip. When I checked in, I received a warm reception and felt the enthusiasm of Henan people. Due to the shortage of rooms, the room type I booked was not currently available, so the hotel offered to upgrade me to a suite. Thank you very much to the merchant for your warmth! Stayed for 5 nights and felt that the room was very comfortable and spacious, with complete facilities and attentive and warm service. As a frequent Marriott guest, I can't find anything to dislike! ! In addition, the location and surrounding environment of Rose Hotel are also very good. In short, the price is reasonable and cost-effective. Highly recommended! !"

GGuest UserThe location is a bit far from the train station if you are travelling, but apart for this everything was beautiful. They picked us up at the train station and sent us back the day after even if only the one way service was included. The breakfast is rich, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are also very clean and peaceful. The manager and the workers are very kind and generous. If I will come back to 南阳 I will come back here for sure!

2. Easy transportation access (take taxi, or take bus at the bus stop 100 yards away from hotel, to either Nanyang East Train Station or Nanyang Airport)
3. Enjoy herb teas, water and snacks in the lobby.
4. Good buffet breakfast where you can taste some local food.
5. Be prepared for room door knocking twice a day: one in afternoon for fruit plate delivery, the other in the evening for a cup of soup.
6. What most appreciated was that I received an additional service and special care: I checked out at a heavy rainy moment, no taxi and couldn’t walk to bus stop. To help me catch the train, Mr. WANG Lei, the manager on duty, immediately loaded my luggage in his car and drove me to the train station. My 4-day stay ended in this surprising VIP service

我得先誇誇酒店的服務態度，從前台熱情迎接，到行李員主動幫忙提拿行李，每一位工作人員臉上都洋溢着真誠的笑容，讓人有種賓至如歸的感覺。辦理入住時，前台小姐姐不僅動作麻利，還耐心地給我介紹酒店的各項設施酒店的4樓有健身房，洗衣房，早餐廳，洗衣房裡麪還有烘乾機還給我們介紹了周邊好玩的地方。當我在房間遇到問題打電話諮詢時，客服人員總是第一時間響應，迅速幫忙解決，這種高效又貼心的服務，真的太讓人感動了。
不得不説酒店的全屋智能系統太給人驚喜了。進房間門的瞬間，燈光自動亮起，温度也恰到好處。想調節空調温度、拉上窗簾，衹需對着智能語音設備説一聲就能輕鬆搞定，整個過程流暢又便捷。晚上躺在床上，還能通過智能系統播放舒緩的音樂，很快就能進入甜美的夢鄉，彷彿住在未來科技屋一樣。
他們家的床墊簡直是睡眠神器！軟硬適中，完美貼合身體曲線，支撐性超棒。我原本睡眠質量不太好，但是在這張床上，我睡得格外香甜，一覺到天亮。早上醒來，感覺渾身充滿了活力，彷彿之前的疲憊都被一掃而空。
停車場也是寬敞又方便。對於自駕的人來説，停車難是個大問題，但這家酒店的停車場車位充足，規劃得井井有條。進出都有明確的指示，停車毫無壓力。而且停車場的大姐特別暖心，每次進出都會熱情地打招呼，讓人心裏暖暖的。
酒店的衞生狀況也無可挑剔。房間裏一塵不染，傢俱、地板都擦得光亮如新，衞生間沒有一點異味，各種洗漱用品擺放得整整齊齊。公共區域也保持得非常乾淨，電梯、走廊都打掃得乾乾淨淨，可見酒店在衞生方面下了很大的功夫。
這次入住體驗讓我對這家酒店好感度直接拉滿。寶子們別再猶豫了，來這裏絕對不會踩雷，相信你們也會和我一樣愛上這家寶藏酒店！

1.我們坐了一天的火車凌晨2點左右到的酒店，前台小姐姐在睡覺，應該是吵到她睡覺了看起來心情不好（我們聲音很小，就説了句你好辦入住）。問我手機號我已經很慢的告訴她了，並且是她先問我的手機號，那你是不是應該準備要輸進去的時候在問我，提前問我，我告訴你了你又嫌我説的快了，最生氣的是她不耐煩的用老家話説“白急”，我欠你了？給我甩臉色
2.隔音不好，後面在施工，入住時沒有提醒早上會施工會吵，凌晨2點入住，洗洗收拾收拾差不多3點多睡覺，早上7點左右就開始……一晚上沒睡好
3.退按金加了V 我就……無語，告訴我 按金退不了，就一句你的賬號有點異常就沒了？那你是不是可以再加一句轉你付款寶可以嗎？就這一句你讓不讓客人多想，或者是你打個電話説下呀，什麼都沒有，還兇的不得了
稍微有點裝修味道，其他都挺好，服務快跟上吧
建議退房和客人做個回訪，不至於客人帶着氣離開
