Supplementary comment~The scenery is too beautiful🥺 We checked in because we were celebrating an anniversary! The hotel also helped with the decoration and provided a bottle of red wine which was very thoughtful☺️ I didn’t go anywhere, just stayed in the hotel and it was so relaxing☺️ There are so many different styles of dinner, but it’s a pity that people with small stomachs can’t hold so many things..😂 After eating, you can go to the play area to move around and throw a basketball to digest... I was so full that I played darts and pool 😂😂 It was so fun 😁 There was some incident at breakfast the next day that I won’t go into details~ But the hotel's handling method is very good. It takes our feelings into consideration! Tea was originally given to us as a gift, but we did not accept it at the moment. But when we checked out, the hotel staff personally gave us handmade bread from the hotel’s baking department and insisted that we accept it😀 I will still choose here next time I go to Nantou for vacation^_^

The best hotel with the best view: sun moon lake just right out of the window. It’s also located 1min walk away from Shuishe Pier and 3min walk from the bus station. The room looks very new, very well decorated. Loved the sleek & comfy interior :) practical bathroom with both shower & bathtub. Nice lobby, very warm receptionist. Very happy with our stay.

It is a good spot to buy necessary stuffs and an access full place to see some view and go other view spot you want to see. facilities is so so. service is just ok. restaurant persons probably tke your food plans and bowl quickly if you don't notice that, it is kind of rude way. except this , other aspects is ok or so so for this restaurant. besides,you can rent bike easily outside in this spot.

The hotel is located above the Sun Moon Lake. The view is fantastic. We booked one lake view room and one room facing the mountain. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is a bit old. The water pressure of the bathroom is very low, thus it took a long time to take a bath. The water pipe of the water basin is a bit long, it is easy to hurt your eyes if you were careless. The room lights are a bit dim while the sound of the air conditioning is quite noisy. Food varieties of breakfast is good but lack of staffs to refill the foods. You wouldn’t have much to eat if you come to breakfast lately say after 9.30am. The hotel has two car parking spaces. It is convenient and free of charge.

I have been there for more than 10 years, and this time I took my wife with me. The service staff made me feel so comfortable, and they proactively informed me of events, which I found great. The room was also very good, quiet and comfortable It’s also nice to walk around the park in the morning I will go again next time

The good thing is that the hotel is strategically located right by the lake on the edge of the village. There is a floating dock with a location on it, where you can enjoy the view while drinking. It is a five-minute walk from the shops, restaurants and other living facilities in Yuchi Township. The hotel looks very beautiful, made of wood, the walls and ceilings of the room are also made of wood, there is a very warm and attractive feeling. Free wireless Internet is available. On the poor side, our room was obviously dirty. Several obvious spots on the beige carpet had a few large, uncomfortable-looking stains. There was a used wet towel on the floor of the shower room, which indicated that the cleanliness of the room and the level of preparation of the room were not high. We weren’t surprised to be staying in room 303 because we stayed for one night and didn’t expect the best room they could give us. The good side of the room is that the lake view is very beautiful (not all rooms can see the lake view), the bad room is that the room is just next to the lobby, so it is very noisy. The front desk kept music and heard it clearly in the room (I think there was a loudspeaker on one wall in the room). After a few hours I told the front desk staff if they would mind turning the volume down a little bit, and they agreed. We could hear it though the business wasn't that loud. Another group gathered in the lobby before setting off, and the noise of their talking and laughing was loud in the room. So if you are staying at this hotel, I suggest you want a room a little further from the front desk. There is an indoor pool downstairs which is great if the water is warm. The water in the same jacuzzi is also very cold. This time of year this place is quite cold, especially at night, so it would be great if you could swim or soak in warm water. We didn't see a person swimming when we lived there. Now talk about breakfast: breakfast should have been from 7 to 9:30. We arrived at the restaurant at 9 o'clock and saw a smileless lady. She took our breakfast coupon and didn't say a word, and then we were the air. There was another employee at that time. A young male waiter. There were a lot of empty tables, but the tableware was not set. After a while we found that we had to do it ourselves, we looked around and found some tableware mats and knives and forks and arranged the table ourselves. Then we went to get something to eat. Although they are still half an hour away from their service, it is obvious that they will not add anything more, and now how much is how much. Because of this, we have to eat several times, like fresh fruit, juice and scrambled eggs. I walked towards the two employees, who were at a table in the corner, far from the guests, and I asked if they would add more to their meal. The lady was still indifferent, and the male waiter looked blank. I motioned for him to come with me, led him to the food table, showed him the juice maker and scrambled egg plates were empty. He nodded, then disappeared into the kitchen, and after a while he brought a glass of juice over, which I drank with my wife. Five minutes later he brought us an egg for two of us to eat. At 9:25, the lady frowned as we left. The male waiter was invisible. When you are looking forward to the general breakfast experience at a Taiwanese hotel - friendly welcome, lead you to the table, ask if you want coffee, thoughtful service, thank you when you leave, etc. - then Sun Moon Lake Lushan Forest International Hall is really funny compared to that. My wife and I have been constantly feeling the friendship and enthusiasm of the Taiwanese people during our two-week trip to Taiwan, and we are impressed and happy with this, so we will not be less impressed by Taiwan because of this unpleasant experience. However, if you want to feel the hospitality of Taiwan, I suggest you try other hotels. (Fortunately, we didn't have dinner in the hotel restaurant before, otherwise we would be disappointed twice. We went to the Regal Resort B&B 50 yards away and had a very interesting and enjoyable dinner in a garden lit by candles. The place also has guest rooms, full of artwork and tourist souvenirs. This one might also be a good choice in the area.)

Location: Excellent! It is located next to the ticketing office and hence, easier to buy boat ticket. We are lucky to get a complimentary upgrade to a four bedder and it faces the lake. It was beautiful. There are a lot of eateries and shops selling local delicacies so not too worry about meals. Breakfast : at level 2. Breakfast is simple - serves toast and Chinese porridge with dishes Hotel room: clean and neat. I love the hair conditioner ! Receptionist : polite and helpful Would recommend this hotel for its superb location and convenience.

Excellent view from my room, hotel is in a great location and the staff seem friendly. The breakfast selection is good. The downside of this hotel is the cleanliness. There is dirt in the corners of the rooms and too much mould in the bathroom for the price of the hotel. Needs a deep clean in the bathrooms.

I am 1/25 staying in the double room on 606 and smelled a very strong smell of smoke as soon as I entered it. It was like the smell of smoke in KTV. Now, please ask the housekeeping staff to help deal with it. Because I have a one-year-old baby, I am very concerned about this problem. The housekeeping said that they have used the ozone machine. And said that they would take the ozone machine again, but the ozone machine could not be in it. I would like to ask us the time period we spent money to stay in, but people can't be in it. Then the baby wants to sleep at this time, so we don't know where to take the baby to sleep and then ask the room after an hour. The condition of the room. A male housekeeping attitude was very bad. He said, ”I took the ozone machine away. The window was opened for ventilation first. Very clean place and once has your own cabin to stay at so it's literally like your own space. I love it. Also very convenient and near to the shuttle bus stop and the walking street. Bicycle rental is more expensive than the one at shuishe pier though so if you have no bags then maybe shld buy the klook and get the bicycle there then cycle to the dorm.
