I usually live at home when I go out, and this experience makes me speechless. The good point is that the hotel check-in time is after 14 o'clock, but there is too much luggage, so I called to ask if I can check in early. The front desk service on the day was particularly good, and I left a room for me to check in early. The bad point is that when I rest at night, I don't know where a smoke came in. The alarm on the 8th floor rang. The room was also smoke. The video couldn't be seen. You can see the smoke under the light. I was awakened when I slept. I couldn’t stand it at three in the morning. I went down to the front desk and said that the room was full of smoke and I couldn’t sleep at all. The front desk asked a security brother to come up and see it, and then gave me a sentence of “I can’t help you anything” and left. It was really speechless for me... There is no solution. And not a word of sorry.
