The hotel service is the best I have ever stayed in. I need quietness, and the hotel with desk lamps is very well arranged. The children also received stationery bags for their exams, and fruits were also sent in the middle, which is great! The hotel made me feel high-end as soon as I entered the door. The hotel's room facilities are not only high-end but also warm. They are very clean and hygienic. It is very comfortable to stay. If I hadn't left for something, I really wanted to stay another night! The hotel has a lot of breakfast varieties and the quality is also very good. I just forgot to take pictures in a hurry! 👍🏻!

I liked this hotel for the business trip I was on. I usually choose hotels based on whether or not they have a fitness centre which this one did. However the treadmill was quite old and I think an upgrade here would be important. The temperature inside the room was very hot and although we called to see if something could be done about this we were told this was standard across the hotel.

You need to report when driving into Zhongshan Scenic Area on weekends. It is better to have a pass code. It is sometimes troublesome to just report the license plate. Some people will force us to ask for the pass code. Facilities: European-style buildings are very grand. Hygiene: The standard of the State Guesthouse is good. Environment: Entering the hotel area is like being isolated from the world, which is the feeling we want. Service: The refrigerator is locked, which is not particularly understandable. I called someone to open the lock. The package ordered by Ctrip was also replaced by a massage at the front desk without any explanation. There was no time to use it in the schedule. Breakfast was good except for the duck blood vermicelli soup, which was overall good.

I booked a standard double room, and upon arrival I was upgraded to a deluxe suite with two bathrooms, a large living room and a large bedroom, all with large floor-to-ceiling windows, very comfortable. The breakfast was very rich, with Nanjing specialty salted duck and duck blood vermicelli soup. The service attitude was very satisfactory, and all the staff I met in the hotel were very enthusiastic!

The hotels are located near the style department zone and close to exit no.2 of Guangzicun station. I stayed there on the last day of the year, December 31st, 2023, and the hotel was fully booked. However, I did not experience any uncomfortable events. The breakfast was excellent, with a proper international buffet compared to other Chinese hotels. Overall, I would return and stay on a higher floor for a good view.
