The Atour Hotels in China are very strong in terms of being clean, well-kept, well-appointed, and staffed by polite professionals. I have been in China many years, and many hotels are full of smoky rooms and rude, nonchalant staff. I never have a concern booking at any Atour location, not to mention that the prices are quite competitive.

Convenient location, cleanliness, floor staff, Restaurant staff and housekeeping super friendly and very helpful when you not understand Chinese language. Highly recommended!

The staffs are nice. Only complain is there are noise during the night from next door

Don’t stay here if you want a good night’s sleep. We couldn’t adjust the temperature of the AC. It felt like we were sleeping in a sauna. When we contacted the front desk staff they told us we could not adjust the temperature as it was set centrally.

I particularly like the laundry room, where you can leave a note asking the waiter to put the washed clothes in the dryer, so you don't have to wait all the time. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is relatively poor. 💁Service Atour's service has always been very good, very considerate, and will take the initiative to hand out hot tea.
