Hot spring in the room ! Not cold at night Recommend !! Clean and smoke free

This post i will review the room and will post moments about our experience separately. We are happy with the child friendly room. The edges were covered with foam to avoid child head injury. The hotel is so thoughtful in providing children size bath robes, and children dental kit. This is the first hotel that i’ve visited that has this facility. Fresh fruit are given everyday as well. Breakfast serves variety of Chinese cuisine. Areas to improve: more variety of dishes to choose during dinner service at Ziqing Restaurant

Suitable for families. We had a good time there.

The facilities and services at this hotel made me feel right at home. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, let me have a good sleep. In addition, Zhu Yuanping's warm service and meticulous care made me feel warm. The hotel also provides a rich buffet breakfast and a variety of leisure facilities, which makes me feel relaxed.

The waiter came to spray some air freshener to improve it. Later, there was no smell after taking a shower Environment: There is a zoo behind, and the balcony of the tiger view room looks down to the tiger display stand, which is very novel and children like it very much. The tigers go off work at 10 o'clock in the evening and go to work at 9 o'clock in the morning. The hotel is directly connected to the hot spring on the second floor. Although there are many outdoor pools, they are relatively small. The bath towels are not enough and are not recycled in time. This needs to be improved. The indoor washing and changing places are still quite good Service: The housekeeper Xiao Wu will contact me before check-in and send some hotel information. If there are any questions, she will also answer them in detail. The waiter will also deliver anything missing in the room quickly

I love this place so much😍The room is very well decorated❤️, you can see tigers and lions on the balcony🦁The zoo is on the right, there are seven Pandas in total, I saw the little Princess Nuannuan👸🏻, I went to the hot springs at night and during the day, it was so comfortable! It's my first time staying here. The hardware and software facilities are good. The attitude of the waiters from the front desk to the floor is very good and enthusiastic. They will take the initiative to say hello when they see you. Some rooms are also a bit special. You can see animals outside the window. It is very convenient to go to the hot spring and the zoo. You can also see red pandas when you eat in the restaurant. It's a good stay experience. It would be better if the restaurant menu matches the system.

The room is large, clean and tidy. The upstairs and downstairs are well soundproofed, so there is no need to worry about disturbing each other. The facilities are complete and very convenient. The balcony faces the zoo, where you can see alpacas running happily. The hotel has rich entertainment facilities. The first floor leads directly to Ziqing Lake Wildlife World, the second floor leads directly to the forest hot spring, and you can see red pandas playing in the restaurant. There are cute animals everywhere, and you can play all day. The hotel has a great location, across the road is the Tangshan Geological Museum and the Ape Man Cave. You can play in the hotel for several days. I will come again next time.

After my child's final exams, I made an appointment with my friends to go to Ziqing Lake Hot Spring Resort Hotel. Although it was less than a day, we watched the big circus, visited the zoo, and soaked in the beautiful hot springs. It was very enjoyable! The hotel facilities are good, there are Siberian tigers downstairs, the hotel has direct access to the hot springs, and it is also convenient to enter the zoo. A very satisfying hot spring experience. The parent-child room with animals is very attractive to children. The duplex room on the first floor is not damp and the heating is very sufficient. The housekeeper Xiao Wu is very considerate and sent fruits after check-in. There is a corridor from the hotel directly to the hot spring entrance. There are not too many hot spring pools, but the flow of people is not large, and the experience is good. The hotel's breakfast is very good, the venue is large, and the breakfast variety is rich.

The room is great! You can see tigers and lions directly. The children and the elderly are very happy as soon as they enter the door! There is a big bed downstairs, a sofa bed on the balcony (but no one can sleep in this season), and a big bed + a small bed upstairs, which is especially suitable for three generations to travel together. We stayed there on the night of 1.1, which was off-peak. There were not many people in the entire scenic area. The environment was very good, and the children ran around happily, which was very happy! We went to the children's playground and the zoo the next day. The whole family praised this trip! I especially want to praise the housekeeper Xiao Wu. She took the initiative to contact me before the trip and sent relevant matters to WeChat. If there were any problems during the trip, she would also respond very promptly and solve them efficiently! This winter, I didn't dare to take the elderly and children to the hot springs.
