Crystal Orange Hotels in Nanjing

This hotel is really comfortable to stay in! The room was very clean and bright, the mattress was of moderate firmness and the quilt was so fluffy that it felt like being wrapped in a cloud, and I slept soundly until dawn. The hot water in the bathroom comes quickly and the shower water pressure is just right. I feel completely relaxed after taking a shower. The details are also in place: mineral water, tea bags and coffee are replenished every day, and the waiters will greet you with a smile when they see you. After staying here for two days, I didn't want to leave at all. It really felt like home. I will definitely choose this place again next time!

The hotel is very closed to train station et a good location for visiting nanjing ! Staff is very helpful And kind . Room is very clean , well design but little bite small ….. I made mistake to book the room with window in the corridor …. So it is little dark … but we stay one night ! No matter . Breakfast is both Chinese and international….. with good coffee and plenty of choice .

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in China. The rooms were clean and spacious, the location was close to restaurants, and the staff were very friendly and professional. I also want to specially thank 朱艳萍 for helping me make last-minute arrangements for an extra night when my other travel plans fell through. This extra effort was greatly appreciated, and it really showed how the hotel went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The room was impeccably clean and fresh, with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, allowing me to fall asleep almost instantly. Excellent soundproofing ensured a peaceful stay, completely undisturbed by any outside noise. All amenities were fully functional; the air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. The thoughtfully designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom, along with other small touches, truly showed the care put into the guest experience.

The hotel's location is pretty good, making it quite convenient for exploring. While there's a bus stop right outside, we mostly opted for taxis. A cab ride to attractions like Nanjing Railway Station, the Qinhuai River, or the Memorial Hall of the Victims in Nanjing Massacre typically cost about 10-20 yuan. The Presidential Palace is just a 10-minute walk, and Deji Plaza is approximately 2 kilometers away. The hotel's facilities were also good; we were even upgraded to a business king room, which felt newer and more modernly decorated. It was very clean and tidy. Both the Lao Xiang Ji restaurant downstairs and the eatery on the east side are good dining options.

The room was very clean, and the staff were gentle and friendly, even giving our child some small snacks. The hotel's location is excellent; it's a short walk to Fuzimiao (Confucius Temple) and very close to the subway. There are also many dining options nearby for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night snacks. The family suite is perfect for traveling with children and elderly relatives.

Clean, spacious room for family of 4, good service and best value for money. Although the Location is near to attractions places but you still need to get taxi or otherwise need to walk very far. Overall happy with the stay.

Driving in East China, I stayed at a number of Crystal Orange hotels along the way, and they were all pretty good. This restaurant has not been open for a long time, the facilities are relatively new, and the service staff are relatively enthusiastic. They can basically meet the requirements of guests and solve problems in a timely manner without delay. The breakfast has a variety of varieties, combining Chinese and Western styles. The duck blood vermicelli feels more delicious than those made in restaurants outside. Hygiene is also done well. The shortcomings are that I hope the hotel will check various facilities in time. There is a light that does not work when entering the room, and the smell problem in the underground garage should be solved as soon as possible! Although the hotel is some distance from the city center, it is accessible for self-driving and I was basically satisfied after staying for two nights!

The front desk lady provided warm service on the day of check-in. She adjusted the room type immediately. The welcome fruit was very friendly. After entering the room, she called to check whether she was satisfied with the room and reminded that the drinks in the refrigerator were not enough and could be refilled. The location is convenient for transportation, the breakfast is rich with Nanjing characteristics, the room is clean and hygienic, the hotel facilities are complete, laundry, treadmill exercise, table tennis. The service is warm. The communication with the front desk guy was smooth when checking out, and he took the initiative to send mineral water when leaving. Thank you very much and very satisfied. I will stay here again next time.

I’ve stayed with orange crystal a few times in various cities including in Beijing. This one is the first time I was very disappointed with orange crystal. The lobby is no lobby, no chair, no water, no coffee and it is shared with another hotel of the same company. The room was a bit small and smell of cigarette. The hotel staff was kind to put an air purifier in the room which help with the smell. Next time, I would choose other hotel brands before choosing orange crystal.
