We had the best time at Sheraton resort Tokoriki island. Absolutely beautiful place and staff.Great snorkelling right out the front and also at the island, the activities are good. The staff make you feel right at home and they are very friendly, always welcoming. The room was really nice and there were a lot of things to do while you were at the resort. The food is nice and there are some varieties to try for.

The hotel has 1 place open for lunch, a fusion Indian open for dinner and a place open 2 times a week for Fijian seafood buffet. Skip the buffet it was expensive and not much seafood at all. Pool is not that big for the size and capacity of the resort so expect it to be crowded at times. It’s a family oriented resort so there were lots of kids and toddlers at the poolside, and since it’s only 1 pool there’s no segregated adult pool area like some other resorts.

First of all, the view from the room was very nice, and the stars at night were beautiful! You can see the Milky Way, and the bedding and everything was very clean. The only problem was that the water heater was broken when we went there! I waited for the staff to fix it for more than two hours before it was fixed, and then the water heater broke down again that night and the next day... It broke down while I was washing. I stood in the bathroom with foam all over my head and waited for more than ten minutes, but it was still cold water. In the end, I had no choice but to wash with cold water, and finally I caught a cold. Uh, uh, by the way, the food on the island is not delicious. You can buy some instant noodles or fast food at the pier or something and bring it with you.

The hotel goes to the island by boat to the hotel's waters, and then the hotel's boat is sent to pick you up. The process of going to the island is very interesting. The round-trip ticket is about 1,000 yuan. It departs at 12 noon every day and arrives in about an hour. The hotel returns to the main island at more than 2 pm, so you can have lunch before leaving. The hotel's facilities are very comprehensive, and the facilities of the Sheraton international brand are beyond words. The golf course picks up luggage, there are also helipads, the infinity pool is also very beautiful, and you can bargain with the boss in the gift shop. The very nice white supervisor on the island can speak Chinese, but Fijians will think that Chinese people are Japanese. It's a great grievance, which is very speechless! There is nothing to say about breakfast. The outer islands can have this level, which is not as bad as the main island. You can also choose a drink. There are generally only 2 restaurants to choose from for lunch and dinner. You can make an appointment for the sunset view. One is the main restaurant for breakfast. It is pure white rice, but the pork tortillas are delicious. The others vary from person to person, and the portion is enough! An average of 4,50FJD per serving. There are buffets a few days a week, depending on the hotel arrangement. After dinner in the evening, there will be resident singers singing, which is very atmospheric. To be honest, the voices of Fijians are very charming! There is also an Indian restaurant next to the swimming pool. The Indian food is super delicious, and the plates are also very interesting. It is definitely not enough to eat rice and curry at 50 or 60 FJD per person, but there is also a sac that can definitely be eaten. There is also a restaurant on the lawn behind the hotel lobby. I didn’t see it open, but it seems to be a barbecue. I won’t comment if I haven’t eaten it. The hotel’s sea area is very beautiful the next day after the rain. You can see a lot of small fish in the near sea with snorkeling equipment. If you want to go to the deep sea, it is recommended to rent a full set of equipment, which is safer and more assured. You can make reservations for motorboats, kayaks, and sailboats at the water sports rental service. The price is reasonable! The hotel has a daily schedule with many free activities. You can watch what you are interested in. The hotel also has a hidden spot to watch the sunrise. Walk along the mountain from the tennis court to the back of the mountain to watch the sunrise. It is really super beautiful, but the road is very difficult. There are many mosquitoes. It is recommended to wear long clothes and long pants, otherwise you will be bitten at least 30 times! It is comparable to a country road. Comrades who want to go should be prepared! At the end, all the employees will sing a farewell song together and shake hands with the guests one by one. It is really touching and worth remembering and keeping! Among so many places in the world, if you don’t know where to choose, choosing Sheraton will not be a thunder!

I stayed for three days and two nights. I brought 400 Australian dollars in cash in my bag. When I left, I found that it was all stolen. The bag was turned over and the visa card was messed up. Apart from other things, the service staff of this hotel is very dirty. Even if you put your money in a safe, there is still a risk of it being stolen. Choose carefully

This hotel is truly outstanding! From the moment we checked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive and professional. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm and comfortable, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept very well. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with many restaurants and amenities nearby. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices and is of high quality, making it something we look forward to every day. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an ideal choice. Booked Sheraton tokoriki for two days. Everything was perfect! The staff was warm and energetic. The sea was crystal clear and the environment was superb. The room was large and the facilities were very complete. There were ceremonies for check-in and check-out, which were very thoughtful. I have to say that the Fijian people sing really well, and happiness is contagious.

Facilities: Very average. The room is extremely small. Hygiene: Very bad. I have small rashes all over my body. I don’t know if it’s because the bedsheets are not clean. Environment: Very beautiful. Service: Not enthusiastic about Asian faces.

The overall feeling is not bad👍 -However, going out to sea or playing activities depends on the weather. When the weather is bad, the activities will be cancelled, and there are more seaweeds near the sea. -I bought a package with three meals, but I found out that it does not include drinks and alcohol when I arrived at the hotel. -The room phone is not working and I can't contact the front desk. If you want to book an activity, you can only book it yourself. If you want to book a sea activity, you can only go to the small pavilion on the beach to manage the activity. -I upgraded the room type at the hotel and paid an extra 100 Fijian dollars per day. I upgraded to a sea view room. Every day when I opened the door, I could see the sea. It was not bad. -I stayed for three days in total and basically ate all the dishes on the menu. Breakfast is buffet, lunch is a la carte, and dinner can also be a la carte. Sometimes there is a buffet. The buffet on the last day was the most delicious one. There were also some local performances, singing and dancing, etc. The experience on the last day was full.

Although the island is far away, it is a pleasure to relax on it! Excellent 4 days with the family. The staff is so attentive that every day they gave us something, either champagne, or a cake (although the birthday was before arriving at the hotel), even the drinks that we drank at the bar were considered at the expense of the establishment)) a paradise island. The only thing is that the range of dishes for dinner could be expanded. For 2 days we ordered dinner to the room, because the menu there was more varied)) I don’t know why…. The reefs and corals are amazing anywhere! I have never seen anything like them anywhere, all shades of colors, gorgeous fish, we saw a stingray near the shore. The Maldives are relaxing! The hotel is good, the staff is friendly, the ceremonies of landing and leaving the island are great, the only drawback is that there are a lot of seaweeds in the sea at the door, which is not suitable for snorkeling, the food is white people's food, which is not suitable for Chinese stomachs, and the cost is not as high as expected. A relatively recommended hotel. Except that the room cleaning was not very timely. The welcome and farewell ceremony on the island was unforgettable. The all-inclusive package is highly recommended. The good impression of my first trip to Fiji was in this hotel.
