Very friendly front desk. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. An outstanding experience.

Good location and convience for taxi to pick up and drop off. Free mini bar. Walking distance to many food and beverage shop. Breakfast is just so so, nothing spectacular expect the fresh grind bean coffee machine. Breakfast floor seating is limited. Every day have to que for breakfast. Ground floor reading lounge is good. Room is clean with big TV, nice bed and strong shower jet. Overall a nice stay, simple comfy hotel.

As a brand hotel, the facilities are state-of-the-art and clean. The location is good, so it's not inconvenient to walk or take the subway. However, if you don't speak Chinese, you can get in trouble. However, the staff is friendly.

The only drawback was that on the day of check-in, the front desk staff repeatedly promoted the Atour membership service when checking in. I had clearly refused once, but they still continued to persuade me. I hope that in the future the hotel can respect the guests' choices and not force sales. (Of course this should be the hotel's request and has nothing to do with the front desk clerk, so please don't blame the front desk clerk) 2. The hotel is located right next to the road. I am on the 8th floor and can still hear some noise even without opening the window, including occasional horn sounds. In addition, the upstairs and downstairs are not very quiet, and the sound insulation effect is average. It is indeed not very friendly to people who need a quiet environment to rest. 3. On the second day of stay, there was a sudden smell in the room similar to "burnt smell and bacon smell". At first I thought it was a problem with the room hygiene or circuit. Later I contacted the staff to come and check, and they said it was the smell coming from the restaurant outside. Although they offered to move us to a room on the upper floor, since the room had "floated in", changing rooms would obviously not help, so we gave up. 4. The toilet in the room is easily clogged if napkins are thrown away. In summary, we need to praise the service staff for their diligence, patience and timely feedback, but we also hope that there will be improvements in sound insulation, odor treatment and check-in promotion required by the hotel.

First of all, the bottom of the mattress is very slippery. If you sit casually on the edge of the bed, the mattress will shift. Moreover, the edge of the bed protrudes under the mattress, making it easy to scratch your feet when getting in and out of bed. The first time I stayed in a hotel, I encountered that there was no soap or laundry detergent in the room. I called the front desk to ask for help. The front desk told me that there was no soap in the hotel and said that they could send laundry detergent. However, after a long time, I called. After several calls and urging, it took almost an hour for it to be delivered. And it's the same situation when I need to send a bag the next day. It doesn't seem to be a coincidence. The next day, I just took a shower and found that the drain was clogged within two minutes. Since it was too embarrassing to ask someone from the reception desk to come over at this time, I had to bite the bullet and finish the shower. After the shower, the bathroom was full of fish, and the water overflowed the bathroom door frame. It was drained from the floor drain next to the toilet, and it took a long time for the accumulated water in the bathroom to drain away. I originally planned to stay for 3 days, but decided to cancel for 1 day.
