Clean, comfortable and convenient! The hotel staff are helpful and pleasant. The young lady, Zhu Ling, gave us her WeChat number when we checked in so we could contact her whenever we had questions or requests. That's some service assurance! The maintenance lady volunteered to go to the laundry room to help us out when she overheard we had issues using the washing machine. The room is clean and spacious and the train station is close by. Their free breakfast was fresh and delicious. Definitely will be back if we come to Nanchang again!

Front reception staffs are very friendly. Due to me not having a local China phone number, they helped me with WiFi connection and laundry washer and dryer. Location is a messy but close to metro station.

The service of the male front desk staff during check-in was completely non-existent. He fiddled with the room for more than ten minutes and didn't say a word when I gave me the room card. He didn't tell me which floor the restaurant and room were on. He only told me one thing when I asked, but didn't say a word if I didn't ask. Later, when I got off the bus to get something, I wanted to go to the front desk to ask for a bag. He went to the warehouse to look for it for five minutes and came out to tell me that there were no bags...
