Anthony, a trainee at the concierge, was super friendly and helpful. Super professionalism made my stay rewarding. The breakfast was very good but the room wifi was very weak and cannot be connected. Location is great and restaurant Kilimanjaro, riverside shuttle station are within walking distance.

We checked in after arriving in Nairobi. The staff at hotel were really polite especially at the front desk. We were able to exchange money which was great and saved us the hassle of searching for another place. We wanted to go to the Masai Market and asked the concierge how much it would cost for them to organise a car. It was extremely overpriced at $40 for a return journey. We ended up downloading the uber app and paid around $8 dollars for a return trip! Definitely useful to download Uber! The room was clean enough and we had a great night's sleep as we were shattered from the journey.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights on 07 March 2024. The room were very clean I even left a tip for the room cleaner for the first time in my life. Really, Everything was lovely, breakfast, food on rooftop restaurant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definately I will be coming back. Happy customer, Kate😃

Participating in the project business negotiation meeting is relatively close to the foreign unit, and choosing to stay in this hotel also shows our identity. This hotel is also the most luxurious hotel in the city, with first-class facilities and first-class service. Breakfast was excellent, and Ctrip prices were moderate.

EKA Hotel is ok. The rooms are cleaned quickly and immediately if the cleaning sign is in front of the door. The staff is friendly but not necessarily fast when it comes to refilling the dishes. The food in the evening was not to my liking. Too long. Otherwise everything fits there

My stay was amazing, great hotel the hotel safe were very helpful great staff, breakfast was delicious choice of meal and fruits all fresh , the in house amenities was fantastic, and the location was really nice for me . Rest assured I will be visiting again. Thanks you La Maison Royal. My overall experience was above expectations due to the bad reviews. Am happy I made my own decision. I was not disappointed

Loved the warm friendliness, the comfortable room, great breakfast, and the view of zebra and ostrich at the nearby waterhole. Only surprise during our entire stay, start to finish, was the poor quality of the brewed coffee at breakfast. Kenya's coffee is better than that! We'll be back, to try the coffee again!!

The hotel does not have disposable supplies such as toothbrushes, but disposable slippers! The bathtub in the bathroom is very small, and the whole bathroom is quite tight! You can hear the sound of dripping water next door. The sound insulation effect is average, and you can hear speeches in the aisle clearly. The floor is not high. At 1.8 meters, you may feel that Mount Tai is overwhelming! Restaurant services are also available, but there are very few cuisines! The gym is also very small, and the swimming pool is okay, although it is not big, it looks good and clean! The restaurant on the fifth floor has average dishes! The location is in the center of the town, but it's not safe here, you can't go out at night, the hotel service staff will also advise you not to go out, you must be accompanied by a man when you go out during the day, and don't expose your jewelry, etc. Because it belongs to the town, the location is good, but the staff is responsible. If you call a car from the hotel to the designated place, then this trip is no problem! If you like to go shopping and eat at night or be close to the supermarket, it is recommended to live near the sarit center, where it is relatively safe during the day and night, and it is also a new area where almost all the bosses in the town live in this area!

This was a quick stop. The hotel staff was friendly, and considerate to give us a wake up call without requesting for one. They were aware of the early morning flight as the checkout was done late night previous day. The bedding was comfortable, good AC but there was a weird smell in the washroom. Had a quick check at the indoor pool, which quite small. Overall good enough for a night stay between flights.
