The location was decent, and the room size was acceptable. However, the smell from Jack's Steakhouse next door was quite overpowering! The area outside the hotel was littered with trash, which is very unusual for Japan. While the rooftop infinity pool offered a beautiful view, the water quality was poor. The bottom of the pool was also slippery, making it difficult to walk around. The only positive was that the hotel is quite new.

The hotel is about 700m from the Asahibashi monorail station. About 15mins walk to International Street and surrounded by many convenience stores.
The hotel room is spacious considering this is Japan and the bed is super single. It's very clean and the breakfast is also very good with lots of varieties.
Highly recommended.

The hotel facilities are quite new. It's only about a 5-minute walk from Kokusai Dori, and the convenience stores nearby are very handy. A major plus is the abundance of great food options. It's also very close to public transport; getting around by bus, taxi, or monorail is quite convenient. Crucially, it offers excellent value for money. We didn't opt for breakfast, so I can't comment on it, but there are plenty of good breakfast spots nearby worth trying.
