I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the room itself was alright, my overall experience was quite disappointing. Before arrival, I was not sent the entrance door PIN code, so I ended up waiting outside the hotel in the hot weather. At the entrance, there was only a phone number displayed with no other instructions. As a traveler, I didn’t have a SIM card that could make calls to Japanese numbers, which made things even more difficult.
I was soaking wet from the heat and tried messaging the hotel, but received no response. Eventually, someone else came out, and they told me they also hadn’t received the entrance PIN code prior arrival and had been waiting for a long time as well.
Once I finally got inside, the self check-in process was very slow—the page just kept loading and wouldn’t proceed. I used the hotel’s iPad to message the front desk, but their status showed “do not disturb,” and I had to wait a long time before anyone replied.
Overall, the whole process was very frustrating and the experience was quite poor.

Check-in is a mess! It's a self check-in system and there's no staff around. The main door is locked and requires a pass code to unlock. We never recieve the passcode hence we couldn't go in. We tried to call the customer service number on the door but the customer service told me they no longer work with this establishment and gave me another number to contact. I called the other number and the person has no clue about this hotel! They tried to give me yet another number to contact! Thankfully we were able to enter the lobby when someone left the building. When using the self check in system, we found out the booking number we had were incorrect. There is a customer service option on the system which did help us to reach a human being who actually knows something. The customer service agent helped us to check in.
Another frustrating thing is that they don't have cleaning service or even new towels for booking less than 4 nights. This was not communicated to us when booking. It says amenities provided!
The location is nice, the rooms are clean but I will not stay here again just because the whole nightmare at check-in.

The location of the hotel has two paid parking lots, but it is quite difficult to park, usually 24 hours charge 800 yen, 900 yen to shoot more comfortable.
